Boat was ready to go. Staff were all friendly. Great time enjoying our cruise. Suggest waiting for high tide-- gives you more options. Be careful when tide is going down that you don't get stuck on the beach. We were ok. read more

We rented a pontoon boat from a competitor of two chums who delivered the boat to us and parked it in a two chums slip. Upon seeing the boat the workers at two chums; Mike, Santino and Alex volunteered to clean the boat for us due the dirty condition this boat was delivered to us was in. This was not even their boat but because they saw the terrible condition in which it was in they wanted to do it for us. They proceeded to scrub the entire inside of the boat, including the floor. The chairs, gave us instructions on what to do with the boat... again, this was a competitor, not theirs. We will make sure to rent from them going forward. They were very professional very kind and selfless in doing this for us today not to mention their pontoon boats are 1000 times nicer than their competitors. New ownership and they WILL rip you off. Prices on the website are not honored in the store. They say it's because they can't update the website, but you can make a reservation and pay on the site, but they will charge you 25-30% more than the price listed. We will be looking elsewhere read more

Went on Saturday and rented two boats. Service, price, and the staff were very helpful. The boat was especially clean and the staff even chopped up our bunker before we left. Also, they clean the crabs for you right at the dock when you get back!!!! We always rent from two chums and this past visit was the best one yet read more

Our group was very excited for our Saturday afternoon on the water, and while we still managed to have a great time, were disappointed with two chums. From the moment we got there the employees made it known they were not happy to have us. While out on the water we had no problems. There were three boats total. When leaving to return back, one of the boats had problems with their anchor. We tried to help them and got tied up with them ourselves. When we finally became untangled we left in an effort to make it back on time. We were only 10 minutes late but you would've thought it was 10 days. The woman working immediately began yelling and making rude comments, insinuating we were the ones out on the water with a problem. We explained we had tried to help and unfortunately got caught ourselves but she didn't care. She said we would be charged $80 for being late because "a sunset boat needed to go out" (it was 4:30 mind you) My biggest problem was when we mentioned how our personal boat was the last one of the three to go out, approx 12:50 - she said our contract stated we needed to be back 4:30 no matter when they got us out. Understandable --Then have all three boats ready to go at 12:30.........when we should have left still can't get over how rude everyone was lol whatever we had a great day still! read more

Wouldn't recommend this rental place. We rented a pontoon boat for four hours. The boat was in horrible condition. The ladder was broken and they didn't tell us. So we had a group of older women go in the bay and there was no way for them to get back in. We wish someone would have told us. The GPS didn't work and the gas gauge was broken. When we pulled the boat in we were greeted by a girl who couldt have been older than 10 and had no business trying to tie us to the dock. My dad had to get out and help her. The day was great because of the company but the service was really poor. read more

We had a great time with our group on the boat. Unfortunately, for the second year in a row, the service was absolutely terrible. We were out on a 4 hr trip in a pontoon boat and while on the water the boat began to stall when we would start to drift for fluke fishing. It started up a few times and then one time didn't. We were drifting and by the time we realized it wouldn't start we threw in the anchor and called the shop. We waited an HOUR for someone to come and help us. They pulled up and immediately said we didn't have enough gas(the gauge was broken apparently), put some in and boom we started up. They towed us away from the banks and we headed back in( last year we were yelled at for being a little late). We get in to the dock and the business owner comes out accuses us of hitting something, tells us it was our fault and it had nothing to do with gas and causes a huge scene in front of staff and customers, essentially calling us liars. Then the guy who towed us admits he broke the light(which is what she accused us of doing) and says it had nothing to do with gas. Never once apologizing that we lost an hr that WE paid for because they made a mistake. Now, after all of this we wouldn't have had a problem at all but it is incomprehensible how someone can own a business and accuse paying customers of things that they don't even know happened. What did happen was they gave us a boat not full of gas, a broken ladder(we had a pregnant woman who couldn't get back in the boat after swimming) and broken gas gauge. I have never experienced such horrific customer service and can't believe they think this is ok. read more
