The grits were nicely seasoned and cheesy. Brussels were super crispy and not drenched in grease or sauce. Eggs were nice and salty, potatoes were fried nicely. Everything was great. We would love to come back for lunch or dinner - especially happy hour. It wasn't too loud and we felt there was plenty of seating.

When i asked our waitress why it was taking so long, her only excuse was she can't control what happens in the kitchen. I had a feeling she forgot to put our order in. We finally just left. I called and spoke with John the manager. Sure enough, she failed to put our order in. Instead of admitting her mistake and doing something to fix the bad experience, she blamed it on the kitchen staff. All John could do is say he was sorry. No offer to fix the problem. Even after I told him we won't be coming back. I've worked in customer service for 24 years. Never would I not try to resolve a bad customer experience. Maybe you don't care that you lost a customer, but maybe you'll care that others will see this review.
