We have always loved this restaurant. It's our go to when we go out to eat with our big family. The past several times the wait for food has been rough. But this last time was the final visit we will make there. Sad! Because we love the sauces, the wings, and the steel town spuds! Yes we know inflation has all costs going up and we even know that many restaurants are struggling with employees. But we paid $92 (with tip) for lunch (no alcohol or soda unless it came with a kids meal.) We arrived to the restaurant at 11:15am with a large group (some in our group arrived closer to 11.) We did not leave until 1:15pm and that is not because we were just hanging out. There were some in our group that never got their food and ended up canceling their order after waiting 2 hrs with no food. Our server did a great job. The kitchen was the problem. This was on a Sunday morning. The cost is not worth the food or wait time anymore. Immediately upon arriving I went to the bar to ask if I could order some of the food for my children since we knew there would be a wait. They said no I couldn't that it all had to be on our servers ticket or something like that. I should have walked over and ordered their food at the to go entrance but I did not. So 6 children sat there without food for over an hour and a half. May as well add that their restrooms are not clean. You can tell that no one has scrubbed the toilet in days.
