The flavor was unique, slightly sweet and slightly savory. It did not have a huge amount of flavor which made it pair really well with the delicious tangy ranch. The breading for the this was flour so the texture is softer. The mozzarella was interesting and there was a lot of it. Both dogs were huge. The tapioca pearls weren't sweet and chewy; instead, they were cakey and broke in one bite! No chew, no flavor, then combine it with the gooey, pudding-like taro "milk tea" makes for the worst boba drink ever. Overall, I can't write off Two Hands because I KNOW that their other corn dogs are good, but DO NOT waste your money on a boba. Just hop across the street for Ni Hao Tea.
