I pass this bakery often when I take my son to his activities and I told myself the next time there's good parking in front, I'll go in. Well there is a row of street parking infront and across the street, but they're usually full and with a baby I was being very selective as to which spot I'll accept before venturing in. Luckily, the third time I passed, a spot opened up right in front. They had run out of baklava by 4pm that Thursday, I got a pistachio ball and cream puff instead. The pistachio ball was a little dry (I think it's suppose to be?) It wasn't for me. The cream puff on the other hand was delicious! The shell was nice and a little crispy and the cream had the perfect consistency, just gooey enough. It's not overly creamy/fluffy, it's a little more custardy side which I liked. read more

My friend and I walked in to Two Ladies right before they were closing for the day. (Hit traffic on the way there after work) The bakery is clean and modern. The woman that was working there was very friendly. Based on our late arrival, they were out of trubicky but we purchased a wide range of other delicious items. The chocolate covered cream puff can't be beat, it's one of the best cream fillings we've had in a dessert. The mosaic and brownie sandwich were also excellent. Two words - cream puffs. Run and grab one of these bad boys. Absolutely delicious. I don't even know how such a beautiful delicate pastry holds this much cream. I think I was expecting a more whipped cream filling but I was pleasantly surprised with this thick delicious custard. When I say it's jam packed, it's packeddd. There's about 1/4 inch of pastry and the rest is their fantastic custard. Worth every penny. The staff was also really friendly when I stopped in a few days ago. It's right on the Main Street and parking was easy. I'll definitely be back to try their baklava and their napoleon cake. They both looked delectable. read more

Came on a whim. Looking for dessert and this was the closest bakery in the area. We got 2 dream puffs and a pistachio eclair. The puff cream was good but the shell was dry and hard. They were refrigerated and we did go an hour before closing so I'm thinking thats the cause..but, that's doesn't change the overall price of $6.95 per pastry. The eclair was ok. chewey and crunchy but very dry. You may want to come in the morning to get it fresh and have a better experience. read more

If I was rating just based on Quality and Taste, I would have given them 5 Stars without a second thought but the price seemed a little too high for me. All the items I tried tasted awesome and seemed fresh but few of them I felt that the quantity was less for the price. I got a chance to go back here and get me some more Baklava, pastachio flavor and I tell you it the best I had west of Brooklyn. I also finally got to try the Cream Puff, "Zvarnoy", I went for the chocolate glaze ones and I I would say it just like and Eclair only it's got a pound of custard in it, so don't drop it on your foot you are labile to break a few toes. And if you want something small and lite then try the the Sweet Nut, "Areshki" , they a small bite size nut looking cookie with a caramel like flavor filling. My father had ordered a mystery bag from Two Ladies Bakery off of the Too Good To Go app today, and what a wonderful surprise we got from them! A few Russian chocolate mousse blocks and what I think is their Molochnaya devochka (Russian strawberry shortcake) and both tasted HEAVENLY! The fluffy merengue frosting on the strawberry shortcake was reminiscent of the same sort of merengue frosting that I'm used to from Dominican cakes, and the dark chocolate shell coating on the Russian chocolate mousse blocks was so rich, dark, and decadent that it begged me to stop and savor it! My father said the woman at the front was very kind, and since the desserts here are so tasty, we'll definitely be ordering from them again! read more

met one of the two ladies, super sweet and nice. i told her it was my first time and she offered me a free sample of the sweet nut cookie. it was crumbly in the best way and had a jammy filling. i got the cream puff, baklava and pistachio eclairs. the cream puff filling is super light, the cream puff tasted dryish i think that is how puffs work though. the eclair the cream is a bright green but tasted plain. the baklava i think is their best item. it is $2 for a small piece. i got 4 :) read more

The Napoleon cake is SO good! We ordered one for my husband's birthday on August 28th. It was such a hit that we're ordering another one for my birthday on September 27th. The cream puffs are huge and full of cream. My husband said the macarons are the freshest he's ever tasted. The owners are SO friendly. I messaged them on Facebook with a last minute cake order at 11:30pm. I didn't expect a reply until the next day but they replied right away and told me to call first thing in the morning and they would squeeze my order in. The next morning I got caught up with some things and forgot to call. They messaged me late morning to remind me to call to get my order in if I was still interested. Fabulous customer service. I am not one to leave reviews especially negatively, but everything I ordered from here was a complete disappointment especially for the high price. The vanilla cake pop fell apart with the first bite and it is complete mush that has no cake flavor. I know cake pops are moister than usual cakes, but it tastes like uncooked dough and was the worst cake pop I've ever seen. The macaroons were hard, flaked, and broke apart with every bite (especially the chocolate, it is difficult to tell in pictures how hard it was) and overall very underwhelming. The eclairs were a little better, but they are overpriced and so are the other things I got. For $28 (1 cake pop, 3 eclairs, and 3 macaroons) I was already surprised with the price since I have bought more pastries at bakeries for cheaper, but even more disappointed with the quality as I was excited to try it. read more
