Breakfast was good but I recommend going earlier as the place gets full and while we were there they ran out of dishes and food. Pool also nice and seemingly underused by hotel guests so it was a nice quiet get away. But no hot tub which was a bit of bummer but what can you do. Also underutilized was the underground parking lot which was nice because a ton of smoke rolled in while we were there and almost no one was using that parking lot. Also nice because it was 98 outside and 75 in the parking garage l. For sure will stay here on our next visit

The hotel is larger and more spacious than most Hyatt Places. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was standard HP setup and was clean and comfortable. I was 4th floor, top floor, corner room facing the interstate. There was some road noise audible but with the TV or air conditioner blowing I couldn't hear it. I'd recommend higher number rooms as they are further down the hall, away from the highway. I'd definitely return when in the area.

I made a reservation online using our AAA card for a discount. We booked a king bed room with balcony for $98. There's plenty of parking available. They have way more amenities than we need, but the price was so reasonable we booked it. They have a restaurant on site and offer room service! Such a convenience with a wide variety of food, including pizzas. The restaurant offers a breakfast buffet, which is not included with your room stay. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot with coffee and condiments, dining table with four chairs, desk with rolling chair, robes, safe, toiletries, hair dryer, luggage rack, iron & ironing board, and I'm sure a few other things I'm forgetting. It was well stocked! The rooms are nice and fairly updated. I liked how the bathroom had two sinks, one in the toilet shower room, and another by the coffee pot, making it super convenient to add water and clean out the carafe. The TV in the room was nice and big. They had MANY channels available. The remote worked properly and was easy to use. The balcony was a nice feature. We walked into the room and it had a faint smell of smoke. We opened the balcony slider to air it out a bit. The smell wasn't bad enough to make a fuss, so we just stayed put. There were two chairs on the balcony as well. Our room was 4326, top floor corner room. It was a nice, quiet location. Far enough away from the traffic noise so it didn't bother us. We had a nice, quiet sleep. Our king bed was very comfortable with the right amount of linens available to keep warm. Overall, we were impressed with this hotel. Friendly staff, painless check-in process, many amenities, clean and comfortable at an affordable price...what more could you ask for! Would highly recommend.

This is a really nice hotel in Coeur d'Alene Idaho…read more It's located off of riverfront Drive. In a nice new development. It's close to the college, and also close to downtown Coeur d'Alene. The hotel is really large, they have good sized rooms, as well as suites and suite-ettes. There's also a pool, and a fitness center. I did use the fitness center while I was here and the equipment that they have is really nice and plenty enough to get you a good workout. The staff was also super friendly, professional, and helpful. So what brings this location down to four stars? The parking lot. The parking lot is really small, especially for how large the hotel is. They do have overflow parking a few parking lots over, but that was also full One of the nights that I stayed here. They have a side parking lot, but that is shared with McDonald's, and you can't park in the majority of the spaces in that parking lot as a hotel guest. This meant that I ended up parking on the street one of the nights that I was here. Which is annoying especially when you paid for a hotel room, you think you've also paid for a place to park your car. Overall, I would stay here again. But beware the parking lot.

The TV was on a side wall with the sofa and bed facing each other. If you watch tv, might be uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub are open til midnight. The dispensers at the sink were empty but the shower ones were full & we brought our own. We weren't there for the evening reception but guests were raving about it - apparently a lot of appetizers and drinks - plus a good time. The things that could be improved or addressed - mostly for an extended 4 night stay - are having a dresser or small table in the room. There's literally no place to store/stack things. There is no daily linen or towel service. This is impt to note bc if you do any walking/hiking in the area, you will get dirty. We didn't realize how much so until our first day when we placed a backpack on the bed. THAT said, Jen did have our bedsheets changed out so kudos to her!
