Very honest repair estimate. I had a large hanging floor lamp that I linked and was not sure about repair costs. Shneur took all the info I provided him from the model numbers, manufacturer and went to store to get estimate on replacement parts, which were not in stock. He even asked for additional pictures of the lamp so he could figure out disassembly, talked by phone and email. All of this to help make an honest estimate of repair time and costs. I think many electricians would have just be looking to do a visit to collect the $ for an in person estimate.
