Hummingbird Cleaners has been keeping our lives organized and clean since August 2017. Trish is wonderful, and we feel lucky to be one of her clients. We've had a cleaning service, done on request, as opposed to scheduled, recurring cleanings and had great experiences then but never could pull the trigger on spending the money every month. Trisha was recommended to us and she came by and gave us what turned out to be a very reasonable quote. Never thinking we'd spend money every month on house cleaning, we couldn't say no this time. We had our house cleaned today and she did a fantastic job! I am not incredibly picky about all the details if something small was missed but I have yet to find a single thing not done perfectly. She brings all of her own supplies and spent 20 minutes getting some sticky film off a dresser from when we taped it to move years and years ago. It was a painless and easy process. I come home every 2 weeks to "Christmas Morning." This is the feeling I get when walking in the door after a 10 hour work day and seeing my beautiful and immaculate home after Trisha and her team come in. They are extremely detail oriented, every single visit. Nothing is missed and the best part is that our house doesn't smell of harsh cleaning products. Trish is very professional in how she presents her business, and explains what sets her apart from the franchise cleaning services. She provided a detailed list of what she cleans and stands by her 100 percent satisfaction guaranty. We have used two different franchise cleaning services over the past 5 years and were never satisfied with the quality of service provided. The other services would send different crews out each time and they always left areas of the house poorly cleaned. The most recent service always made excuses for the crews, and it got to the point of me calling the owner and telling him that I was going to start deducting for areas missed on each clean. From the first clean with Humming Bird Trish has taken care of all the areas the other guys missed. The initial clean uncovered many parts of the house that had not been cleaned in years by the other services. If Trish rarely misses an area of the house, she texts me to say she missed it and apologies. Other cleaning services never admitted not doing a complete clean. Trisha and her crew are without question the absolutely best cleaning service we have ever had, and we've tried quite a number of services over the years. First of all, they are extremely professional and knowledgable. On our first meeting, Trisha instantly instilled confidence in her abilities, her attention to detail, and her sensitivity to our needs. But initial meetings, while important, aren't as important as being able to deliver the results. And, boy, did Trisha and her crew deliver. No detail was overlooked. We have a big house with a great deal of art and decorative pieces that require attention and a high level of care. We also have a huge amount of slate flooring and wood flooring, all of which can be a total bear to clean. At the end of three to four hours, the house, including the floors, were spotless and never looked better. They use the best products that don't leave residues and buildup of gunk nor do they leave the place smelling of cleaning products. For example, I've had a constant battle over the years with various cleaning services about the products they use to clean wood surfaces, such as the dining table and coffee table in our great room. So often products get used that result in a dull buildup by the next day after they're used. But Trisha and her crew understand the shortcomings of these products and don't use them. The result: the wood furniture looks fabulous! We cannon emphasize enough the professionalism and abilities not just of Trisha herself, but of her entire crew. This is not one of those services that give you a great crew the first time and then bring in the lesser performing crew once you sign them up for repeated cleanings. They are also delightful people and a pleasure to interact with. Suffice it to say, they are extraordinary in every respect. It is a huge relief to have finally found someone in whom I have the confidence and trust to care for my home. If the business is this hard to reach, then I'm afraid to use them because communication will not be easy.
