Tony was also looking for some work jeans at a reasonable price. No need to pay full retail for jeans for work that are going to get all stained up anyway. But again we found nothing, today we were more window shopping but in this case bin and shelf diving/shopping. The store was large and slightly bit musky smelling like something had been under some major water and caused damage. But the large windows made it sort of light and airy too..I would definitely shop here again if I was in the area.

I had traveled from out of town to pick up some unsold items on the last day of my contract. One dress in particular had a security sensor attached -- which signaled to me that they understood its value -- but when they removed the sensor, it sprayed ink all over the white fabric. Despite the damage, they offered me just $22 for the dress, which I later sold on Poshmark for $100 the same day I picked it up. When I voiced my concerns, I was encouraged to speak with someone at the front desk, but the response was dismissive -- simply stating it would be treated as a markdown sale. There was no accountability, and it was clear there would be no resolution. I didn't bother to fight the way they seemed happy to conduct business, as this was my first experience. It was a disappointing experience that showed a lack of care for consigned items at Second Chance. I've learned my lesson and will not be returning. I'd recommend sellers explore other platforms or shops that treat high-value pieces with more respect and offer fairer returns.

From funky clothing and jewelry to home decor, art, and kitchenware, this place just screams hippie wonderland... Take me back to the 70's please! It was wonderful. Towards the back of the building is a mini record store and that's where they hooked me! My record collection is largely oldies thanks to my grandmother. It's not just a place selling second-hand stuff, you can find some really nice antiques and collectibles in there. The shelves are crowded and items are somewhat grouped by category, but it's easy to browse and the staff are accessible and friendly if you need help finding something in particular. Parking is right out front in a small gravel lot. They also have a pretty active Facebook page where they highlight sales and new items available in the store. a delightful place you could spend the entire day in…read more I will note that when we were there, the basement was completely dark and we looked through the antiques by the flashlights on our phones. there was a jump scare of a life sized clown that made my heart rate spike so much my Fitbit asked if I was okay. they make delicious milkshakes and have lots of pinball games to play. my sister found a beautiful print and my friend bought some jackets that she adores. all in all it was more than worth the drive.
