CLOSED. What Connie S is trying to say is: She went to Two Pops and found out that they are CLOSED. (Working over at The Old Mill. Which is another debacle!) Two Pop closed their sandwich shop. It's now a airboat ride operation. Wish Connie S would have said that so I didn't have to drag my husband there, only to find out...It's CLOSED. Drove back to the Old Mill and looked on Yelp for the menu but Yelp said it doesn't open until lunch so we went to the Breakfast Station. Afterwords, we headed back to the river for stone crabs. As we passed by the Old Mill AGAIN, we saw the marquee said "Open for Breakfast"!?! I wish I would've seen that before I went back to town. So, this is to notify the hungry fishermen, Two Pops won't be making a bag lunch for pickup but you can get breakfast at The Old Mill. read more

Stopped in to get a sandwich to take out on the boat to munch on. The friendliest people you could meet. Lots of great choices and all fresh made to order. We got the Italian. Plenty enough to share and very tasty. Very good sandwiches here and very friendly folks. read more

Need more stars!! One of my favorite smash burgers ever great flavor, great prices, such a treat. We'll be back! It's located in the back of the charter boat and tours shop so we weren't sure what to expect. So glad we went in and tried it. Low key, easy going, come as you are, goodness. This place is such a hidden gem! Located in River Safari's shop. The people were so friendly and the food was delicious. The Cuban sandwich was to die for. My aunt had the Italian sandwich and it was also quite good she said. Everything was made fresh and with generous helpings. So glad we ate here. What a cute shop. The two people working were just so nice! We had a group of 7 and they were so quick to take our orders and then make our food. I split the meatball sub special that came with chips and a drink and I was full from just half. My friend got a croissant with egg and veggies and it looked pretty good too. You don't pay until after you finish your food, which worked for them because some of us kept adding on chips and drinks. So glad we stopped here to have lunch, the staff/owners were very friendly. And the sandwiches were great. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside on one of their picnic tables. They've created a very nice atmosphere, people coming and going with the boat trips. Trees surrounding the property giving it the feeling of privacy. If you like a good sandwich, I would definitely recommend eating here! read more

I have to say that I'm surprised every review on here is 5 stars!! I had the prime rib Philly, flavor was ok but there wasn't very much meat for the size of the (untoasted) bun. Quite a lot of peppers, onions & mushrooms in the mix, however the mushrooms were canned which was very disappointing & no cheese! The tater tots were very good as was sitting out by the river. The pork sandwich is not exactly the type of pork sandwich I've normally had. I would normally eat pulled pork but it wasn't bad sliced. It depends on what kind of texture you'd want for your meat. Coleslaw wasn't too bad & potato salad was pretty good but i'm not a huge fan of mayo. The Italian sandwich was spectacular! The pickles were like NY deli style kosher dill. Yummy!! If you eat outside you can spot the 2 alligators that they have there. Overall a lovely place & nice people that work at sandwich shop. read more

We had gone on the River Safari Airboat ride (which was awesome!) and decided to grab a bite before going to the State Park down the road. OMG! We ordered a Cuban sandwich. Sandwich came with chips and a pickle. Food was all prepared by hand. Fresh made authentic Cuban bread imported from Tampa with fresh smoked pork (smoker on premises). Delicious!
