I was wanting a good hamburger so I Yelped on it and found Kim's. I can't believe I have lived here for so long and have not been here before. The place has nice decor and is very clean. The service was great and the servers were sweet. The fries we're fresh and hot. The burger was tasty and juicy. I will be back.

A couple of breakfasts places close to where we were staying. Decided to try this one first. Seat yourself. Large menu with specials on the wall. I landed on the northern skillet. It had sausage, crispy bacon, cheese hash browns and veggies. Northern skillet was great. Fresh veggies still had a crunch and enough hash browns to know they were there but not overpower everything else. Deb had the country fried steak. Very good too. The gravy was very good. A great local place with solid food at a great price.

Service is always friendly and helpful. The food is cooked to order. Prices are very reasonable. Breakfast is great I had the tot bowl which was delicious. I chose bacon, peppers, sausage, onions and tomatoes. The over easy eggs were cooked perfectly. It even came with a side of sausage gravy. The biscuits are grilled and fresh. My wife loves the hamburger club. This is a good place for good food.

When in dought ask the locals. We asked two of them a recommendation for a breakfast place. This place was it for them. It's a favorite with the locals defenetly. This is a restaurant were they know each other here. That's actually a big complement to the place that they keep coming. The menu is big. I had scrambled eggs, copped meat with onions, homefryes and a biscuits. All that was under ten dollars. It was a good portion too. The breakfast was great. That was one of the best chopped meat I think I had. It had a lot of flavor and it was moist. I liked that it was nicely seasoned, good taste. The biscuit was my second favorite. They put it in the grill to give it an extra goodness to it. The home fries were really good too. The food was exelent. The staff was friendly. They sanitized the table after each use and put a paper on the table to display that it was sanitized. They have a list of dessert on the wall and there special. I wish my stomach was bigger to try them all

Need a wuick, hearty breakfast? The staff at Kim will be happy to accomodate you. They are located close to Homosassa State park, so if you're planning on exploring, fill your belly before going in, and know that you got a good deal. Our breakfast of omelette and grits and french toast with sausage and coffee cost us about $15. The service was quick and friendly and it was paxked, so you KNOW that it's good.

Amazing. Spectacular. We've been talking about this place the entire weekend…read more We stumbled across Biscuit barn as hungry tourist. We were immediately greeted with a warm "hello" by a lovely waitress who put us on a 15 minute waitlist. About 10ish minutes goes by and my name was called, the place was very busy and the staff appear very attentive like they were pros at handling a little chaos. My boyfriend ordered the chicken co-op and I ordered the country eggs Benedict. These were some of the best biscuits we've ever had. This is a no frills kinda place but delicious. For 2 extremely full breakfast, a side of corn beef hash and 2 iced coffees (they even put ice on the side for us) with tip the meal was $43 and we took home half of our plates.

The grits and biscuits were delicious. The biscuits were golden brown, soft on the inside, and perfectly paired with the sausage gravy. The grits were also very well made, and perfect in the bowl! Three complaints: (1) parking was limited but definitely of size for the seats available in the restaurant; (2) the coffee was WAY too strong, bitter, and lacking normal coffee notes; and (3) they added a restaurant fee on the ticket. Still, we'd go again!

Our waitress was very attentive and made sure that we had what we needed; she even made us to-go drinks for the road! I had the taco salad which was Huge in a big taco shell - you could also have it served as a traditional salad if you prefer. I asked what the protein was and I was told ground beef, but she could see if they could make it as a chicken taco salad instead. I asked her to surprise me, and she brought out one made with chunks of seasoned chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream chopped inions and salsa which was very tasty. My friend had a tuna melt, which is her favorite meal for lunch and a side of onion rings. The sandwich came out nicely toasted with melted cheese and a thick layer of tuna salad. The onion rings were beautifully fried with real onion rings inside a crispy brown coating; she usually shares the onion rings with me but she must have been so hungry and they were so tasty, that she ate them all by herself! We then had to decide from a long list of desserts, including, pies, muffins and cakes. We split a slice of coconut meringue pie, which was quite heavenly! We come through this area quite a bit, so we will definitely return.
