Came in JANUARY 18th, and the place was packed but we were seated quickly. Our waitress was amazing given that she had multiple 8-10 tops and 4 tables of 4 tops. She was pretty but I could tell she was exhausted. She kept up with every single table and was still pleasant!! I slipped her a $20.00 while she was taking orders behind where we were sitting which was a 10!!! Top!! I hope our waitress remembers me..I was the curly headed blonde with a blue jean jacket ...this waitress deserves a huge RAISE! Or some deserved time off with pay for a day or two!! Food was alright, salsa had too much tomato sauce and not real tomatoes and the chips are absolutely HORRIBLE!! I want happened to the light and crispy chips? Now they taste like cardboard!! Stopped here on our way through Mount Pleasant today. It was excellent!! I had the Cancun plate which has a cheese enchilada, crispy beef taco, rice & beans and a small scoop of guacamole. It could not have been better. The only two small negatives were that their tea tasted bad and we ruined our white queso by stirring their salsa into it. It made it curdle, so don't do that. We ate dinner there while overnighting in Mount Pleasant. Food was great and the service was awesome. We had a large group with six kids and six adults. Overall was a great experience. Definitely will stop by again if we find ourselves in Mount Pleasant. read more

I cannot even give this restaurant a single star, but it won't let me post a review without at least one. This was by far the WORST Mexican food I have had. The steak tasted as if it were cooked a week ago and smothered in onions and cilantro to hide the rotten taste. The house margaritas were basically watered down canned margaritas. The waitress coughed directly into our waters before she sat them down on our table. Not to mention the plates were sat down scalding hot without any warning as my baby was in the seat next to me and could have easily burnt himself if he had touched it. Nasty food and bad service. I ordered steak tacos, they came in cold tortillas, didn't include the toppings that were on the menu. The food was cold and nasty. No seasoning at all on the meat, not even salt. As soon as the waitress came to the table I told her about the food. She said she would talk to the manager. When she came back she said the manager wouldn't do anything about it because we didn't tell them about it quick enough even though I told her as soon as she came back to the table. Not as bad as I was expecting given some of the recent reviews! My husband had a beef fajita taco (with a soft flour tortilla) and said the fajita meat was really good and tender! He also had a bean and cheese taco on a flour tortilla and said it was good though the beans were a bit bland. The flour tortillas are made from scratch right there in the restaurant. Our boys and I had the crispy beef tacos and thought they were good as well! Their chips and salsa were good as well - chips seemed like they were also made in-house which is always a plus in our book. Tea was good - just needed more ice as it had just been made and melted the ice right away. We'd return if we are ever in the area again. read more

It was time for a pit stop on our return road trip from Arkansas and my wife found some reviews for Two Senoritas that were hit or miss but we didn't want fast food and thought we'd give it a try. The service as some have said wasn't the best but it wasn't the worse either. Our waitress was helpful when needed but she did appear to be overloaded with tables. Everything came out correct and in a timely fashion. The food, although not gourmet, wasn't bad at all. I had a nacho plate and my wife had enchiladas. We were both satisfied but the prices were higher than we expected for the quality. The bathrooms could use some updating but we found the restaurant to be clean overall. We would give this place a try again if we ever make it back through Mt. Pleasant. read more

We ate here passing through town. AWFUL! Save your money not worth it. Hair in the queso, sister ordered the "Steak al Ranchera" and it was like a steak out of a banquet meal TV dinner. Sandra (the server) had an attitude, when sister told her about the meal, she ordered something different, beef tacos this time. One of my favorite restaurants, fast service and great food, but the whole restaurant needs a good cleaning ! Everything needs a new coat of paint or a good scrubbing, especially the bathroom. La Comida es bien. Love the salsa...just the right amount of heat! the chips are fresh and in good supply! Consistently "good" mexican-fare with a few semi-non-mexican choices I like the mushroom chicken (chicken breast with mushrooms, onions, cheese and cherry peppers on a bed of rice). The service is usually fast and the staff is very courteous. This is a busy place at times and sometimes feels a little like they are trying to herd cats but I will say to the management's credit that they always seems to have plenty of well-trained staff on hand. Love the bright colored everything....great for large groups- if groups call ahead and let them know they will set everything up and be ready when you arrive! read more

Pretty standard TexMex with their own twist. One of the largest restaurants we've ever been to. So plenty of seating. Had the carne asada with whole beans. Thicker cut than I've seen but still good. Covered in grilled onions and green peppers plus a large jalepeno cut in half and grilled. Wife had chicken fajitas. Both dishes were hot, large portions and flavorful. Service was good. read more

The review I have put off writing so in hopes things would change. I have been going to 2 Senorita's for nearly 20 years, as a matter of fact it was my favorite Mexican food place. Over the past year, we have been treated rudely time and time again by the staff at hostess counter (where you check in at). We love the patio...doesn't every one...we have been told the patio is too full more times than I can count when there are many tables open. We get eye rolls, huffs, glares...basically like a teenage kid after you grounded them. Tonight was the last straw, there were SEVERAL tables open,...but when we asked for the patio, we immediately got "the patio is full" in trio. We turned around and walked out. Boyfriend and I stopped in here last night first time thinking we might be able to get some authentic Mexican food but it was not at all. I was very disappointed because the food was not that great, patio was playing country music (I thought they would of at least play some salsa or traditional hispanic music but nope) I ordered 3 soft tacos with rice and beans as the sides, the meat waa overcooked, hard to chew and overall it was bad. My boyfriend ordered a burrito with rice and beans as sides and it tasted like a microwavable dinner. The only good thing about this place to be honest is that they serve margaritas since it is a dry county and all. Oh and the service was excellent so I'm happy about that. Current health inspector grade is an B. The last grade was an A. The only reason this restaurant is still in business is because they were the only place in town to serve alcohol for years. It is absolutely the worst Tex-Mex restaurant that I have eaten in the south. Yes if you go up north there are worse but that's saying a lot. In the last twenty years I have tried to eat at this restaurant around twenty times and they continue to get worse over the years. Your probably asking why do you go back. Idiot friends and family that make me feel guilty because they have some stupid sentimental attachment to this dump. I guess because it's been around so long. They developed a drunk base over the years from the bar and people that have no palettes from eating too much great value quality food over the years. If you like this restaurant your an idiot that needs to get out more and try real restaurants. If you park close to the back the smell coming from there grease tanks and dumpsters is putrid and can make you sick. No wonder there are at least five stray cats living under the storage buildings breeding and looking for scrapes. Look; I was raised in the Rio Grande Valley and I know Tex Mex grub and this place was AWFUL! I ordered the Guiso plate and got chopped fajitas with salsa poured on it!
