You know the experience is going to be amazing when you walk in and smell the goodness, before you see the goodness. The case is full of cookies, all kinds of flavors and decorative ones too. They put the lime in the coconut! Two Smart Cookies makes the best cookies ever. I tried chocolate chip, ginger and coconut lime, they were fresh, moist and scrumptious. I should have bought a box... next time. If you like foodie gift shops, you love their selections of local gourmet honey, odds and ends, popcorn, etc.

I've loved Two Smart Cookies for years! Every cookie I've eaten from their bakery I've enjoyed. They have many different kinds, from classic chocolate chip to their signature "Two Smart cookie". And yes their namesake is delicious & low fat too! They are located off of white bluff, on hood street. Basically when you see Baldinos get ready to turn right. Their building is hard to miss. It's a large two story house with a decent sized parking lot. Once you enter you get that wafting cookie smell, that is everything! I love the smell of bakeries. All of their cookies are beautifully displayed in a glass case or large glass jars. They also have drinks too if you need something to quench your thirst after sugar. And yes, there is a restroom to the left of the register next to a small table for children to eat at. I'm a huge fan of their sugar cookie with icing & the two smart cookie. Those two are my faves. The sugar cookies come in different sizes & are decorated differently. It depends on the cookie cutter that was used. They have a gluten free option. And one gluten/diary free option, the macaroon. It's yum too! The staff consists of mainly women. I do love female power! All of the ladies are friendly & can help you with what you need. You can pick up one cookie and go, or a few dozen! It's up to you. They also do custom orders. I recently ordered dog paw prints in blue with little candy sugar paw pads for a party! They were adorable. And I paid a little extra to have them individually wrapped and tied with ribbon. They were a fantastic favor family took home with them.

This is the BEST bakery I have ever ordered from. I had to order over 100 cookies for my office employees, and I am currently a few hours away from Savannah. Their customer service was so helpful and I was able to order 25 packs of 4 cookies (including a custom frosted cookie) in just a few minutes, and they had them baked, bagged, shipped, and delivered within 3 days. They arrived in perfect condition and taste great. I was worried they would be crushed or dry, but aside from a few lose crumbs, these are some of the best cookies I've ever had. If you have a custom order, this is the place you need to order from. I can't wait till I'm in Savannah again and can visit in person!

First of all, I love the charm of this place. It has a very whimsical and eclectic feel. It felt like I was at a little boutique. And the cookies....OMG are so delicious! They tasted so fresh. I could taste the butter, not margarine, in each soft tender bite. I bought a half dozen for $7: Peanut Butter, Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, Oatmeal Craisin, and Scotchie. I also purchased a pecan brownie for $1.50. Delish!!! So thick and chocolatey!!Everything was just so damn good! Next time I'm in town, I'm definitely hitting this spot up!

This is the most darling little bakery that I ever stepped foot in (and believe me I've been in my share!) Tucked away in a little white "house" across the street from one of the entrances to Hunter Army Base. This bakery is woman owned and operated (I loved that) And the best and most important part...the best cookies EVER! My daughter had told me about this place and said that very sentence, but I thought she was exaggerating. Nope, they really are the best cookies EVER! My favorites are a toss-up between the White Chocolate & Macadamia Nut and the Oatmeal/Craisin/Toffee. I bought two dozen assorted to bring home. $10.00 a dozen, which seems a little expensive, but believe me, worth every penny! The sugar cookies come in all kinds of little cute shapes, seahorses, turtles, etc. You enter the doorway and are treated to a little gift shop, with handmade totes, purses, jewelry and little gift /souvenir items. But not too over the top. The woman helping us was so nice. My daughter made an extra stop to show me this bakery before she dropped me off at the airport (in the other direction). I asked how the cookies "would keep?" The woman (i didn't get her name) found out I was traveling by plane and extra wrapped/sealed my boxes so they would stay fresh! Make sure you have milk!

Their sugar cookies are excellent! But EVERY other kind of cookie tastes like sugar cookie with a little flavor added.

We had been shopping on Broughton street all day and were parked right in front of Leopold's (paid parking, $2.50 an hour). There were a lot of times when there wasn't a line but by the time we decided to go, I guess everyone else did as well. Fortunately it moved very quickly. It was a bit chaotic but the employee were constantly saying, I'll help who's next, and the line got a little messed up but there didn't seem to be any complaints. My mom and sister got one scoop cones, my brother got a milkshake, and I got a brownie sundae...with Savannah Socialite. So, SO GOOD...but serious sugar coma! Next time I'll just get a regular sundae or share with someone! It was $38 for the four of us but if you think of it as an experience, I believe it's worth it. There is also limited seating inside (it was too hot that day to sit outside but some people were doing it!) But people rotated quickly and we had no trouble securing a table. We were all scrunched together but no one seemed to mind...I guess everyone was happy with their ice cream!

I got their chicken sandwich, while the rest of my family got the Dubai chocolate French toast, Bubble and squeak. My grilled chicken sandwich had a vast majority of flavors varying in the sandwich. The chicken was my only set back, it came off as under seasoned and bland, while the white bread and cheese melted together with the fresh lettuce. I also got their iced matcha latte with lavender syrup, which I was heavily surprised from how flavorful and sugary it was, I highly recommend this drink to any matcha lovers out there. The Dubai chocolate French toast was beautifully put together and delicious, shared across my family. From what I heard the bubble and squeak was amazing and was not too heavy or dull in flavor and is a great vegetarian option. Overall, the atmosphere inside was very light and put together, the creme walls contrasted perfectly with the historic stone walls. If you or your family are visiting savannah Georgia, I highly recommend Collins Quarter!

That drink is a masterpiece and lives rent free in my head. I still regret not going back for another one while in Savannah. As a french toast lover who also happens to love pistachios and chocolate, I obviously got the Dubai Chocolate French Toast. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the french toast, it was the perfect portion to split between two people without being overwhelmingly sweet. I hate when these things are humongous in size and then you can't finish it and end up wasting most of it away. The best part was Doki Doki' Pistachio-Crusted Pistachio Gelato on top - phenomenal! We also got the Moroccan Scramble as the savory counterpart to the french toast. The moroccan-spiced minced-lamb combined with scrambled eggs and toasted chickpea was so flavorful and satisfying. After this meal, I don't believe I could ever pass through Savannah without making a trip to the Collins Q! P.S.: Please come to Philly!
