    Winter salad
    John B.

I was going against the grain a bit walking into this bakery searching for a breakfast salad. It was a splendid sunny corner shop and I got plenty of attention. I was ready for the salad to not be that big, but it turned out to be a ludicrous excess of nuts and fruit, with the option for bread or chips on the side. I did go ahead and get one baked item, a cinnamon roll that pulled apart perfectly. Someone else brought a dog to the store, a dog who patiently watched me eating my roll while licking its lips. It was lively, but not overwhelmed on a Sunday, and I think everyone there was abundantly satisfied.

The food is art on a fork, everything is made with heart and old family recipes. We had eggplants, chicken and pulled pork and everyone enjoyed them! The selection of desserts has no rivals unless you go up north. The service is outstanding and warm, like being in an Italian family dinner. The ambiance is warm simple and wholesome.... I will be back

    Delicious chicken parm sandwich

I'd give Sweet Patricia's Bakery ten stars if I could! The staff is fabulous - very pleasant and helpful. She took the time to describe all of the roll options in the case. She recommended the special, the chicken parm sandwich. O.M.G.! It was by far one of the best sandwiches that I ever had. I don't typically love marinara sauce, but this sandwich had the perfect balance of sauce, chicken and cheese. The ooey gooey cheese was fresh. The bread... I'm drooling thinking about it. It's the perfect crisp on the outside with a soft inside. It noticeable that they make everything in-house! I took the sandwich to-go and it was still beyond amazing! The cannoli was also amazing. The shell was flaky and the cream was yummy! This place is absolutely perfect for lunch. I will be coming here all the time! I also can't wait to try their dinner specials!

There simply isn't a better place in Savannah. It is named appropriately, everyone on staff is incredibly sweet and kind. Regulars are greeted by name and with a hug. Those that aren't will become regulars after their first bite. I'm slowly eating my way through the menu, and love it all. The sandwiches and salads are fantastic but what has my heart are the little sweet bite boxes. It's a beautiful location, filled with living attention to detail.

Love the little sweets from here! The picture is from Valentine's Day when the peanut butter bar was shaped into a heart! I've also gotten a panini before but I didn't really like it. The service is also nice, answered all my questions.

Delicious breakfast sandwich. Tiramisu and croissant are great. Attentive service and they wanted to make it right for us

Enjoyed the pastries so much on our first visit that we came back for an outstanding lunch on day 2 of our short trip to Savannah! Highly recommend SPB.

Sweet Patricia's Bakery offer a unique and refreshing taste to salads and entrees, that you won't find in most places. The house salad with specialty pickled veggies were a treat. And for my veggie lovers the Parmesan eggplant was a delight

The whole place is designed to feel like the inside of a trailer--spray-painted antique chandeliers, old pictures of different trailer parks, and random little details everywhere. It's kitschy, but very intentional, and honestly pretty cool. We came in late after a 4h drive into town after work, and the staff was still super friendly and accommodating. No "we're about to close" energy, which I appreciated. We started with the creamy collard dip, which is basically their take on spinach-artichoke dip, but with collards. Really good. I do think the chips were a little too heavy for the dip--a thinner chip would've been perfect--but that's a small note. The chicken pancake tacos were probably my favorite. The chicken was fried perfectly and still really moist. And at this point, I'm convinced Savannah just knows how to cook chicken. Everywhere we went, the chicken was consistently good. My partner got the grilled apple pie sandwich, which has fried chicken, grilled apples and bacon. He's not even a big pork person, but that bacon was so crispy and the whole combination just worked. Even the waffle fries were good--crispy, fresh and actually seasoned. We had the Grateful Dead and Wicked Kiwi cocktails, plus a couple of shots, and the drinks were strong, good and reasonably priced. Honestly, I don't have a ton of notes here. It's not trying to be some elevated dining experience. It's just a really good late-night spot with good food, strong drinks, friendly service and a fun atmosphere. We sat inside because Savannah in August was not about to have us sitting on anybody's patio. Definitely recommend, especially if you're looking for somewhere to eat late. It was a vibe, the food was good, and it did exactly what it needed to do.

Locals haven't steered me wrong in the food scene here (so far), so it's where I ended up for dinner. There's a small parking lot, which was full so I found street parking. I didn't see any posted restrictions and I didn't return to a ticket so either I lucked out or there aren't any. Check for yourself. No reservation, but open seating at the bar. That's where I ended up. There's also outdoor seating but you better believe I opted for indoor seating. Took one of the high tables in the bar area. Liv was the bartender and server. She was attentive - even while taking care of what seemed like was the entire bar area. Friendly and knew her stuff. Her cocktails were balanced and though they didn't really pair with my food, I enjoyed them anyway. Food. See pics. Went with deviled eggs, tomato soup and mushroom gnocchi. Simple. Tasty and I'd have them again. Capped the night with a crunch cake (? - don't remember the name) and left feeling great having had a simple, but delicious meal in a lively fun gathering spot. One that I definitely recommend and will be back to on one of my next work visits.

I had heard so much about their short rib and mashed potatoes dish that I had to try it. I requested Rylee as my server. I met her when I had lunch this past year. Rylee is certainly one of the best servers I have ever had. Her recommendations were on point and I cannot say enough about her professionalism, friendly demeanor and menu knowledge. The short rib dish was beyond what I expected and absolutely delicious! Hands down, one of the best meals I have ever had! I also decided to get the flourless chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert. It was so yummy! I will definitely be back. Love the atmosphere as well and the bar area is inviting. Wait! I forgot one of the best parts! The music! I am a huge fan of alternative music so being able to enjoy my meal to the sounds of New Order's "Ceremony" and then Depeche Mode while finishing my dessert was the cherry on top of the cake! It really made for an overall incredible experience! Thank you! I will definitely highly recommend your restaurant and look forward to coming back!

The hubby and I got in on a Sunday night without a reservation. Rather than a long wait, we were good with sitting at the bar. Hubby's lemon herb chicken was excellent. I tried it and the roasted semi boneless half chicken was tender and delicious. It was accompanied with garlic fingerling potatoes, charred broccolini in lemon chicken jus. After a long day of travel, I needed good protein so the Collins Burger was a fine choice. It's a double smash, sauce, chopped bacon, and crispy shallots. Cooked well, juicy, and just all around excellent. Had a sip of the hubby's sangria and wow! Probably the best one I've tasted. The vibes here are chic and upscale. We were sitting outside with a little sun, and when she noticed a table had opened up in the shade, she proactively asked if we'd like to move. That small gesture said a lot about the level of customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly patient helping Alison navigate a dietary restriction. And then came the food! I had the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, and Alison had the quinoa chicken bowl. Everything came out quickly, the presentation was gorgeous, and the flavors were out of this world. We also tried a couple of mocktails and both were fantastic. I came very close to ordering Leo's Big Brekkie because it looks like a protein lover's dream, but I wasn't quite hungry enough to tackle it.
