I have used Accupuncture for a long time, mostly as a prophylaxis, and Askat used several methods that transformed me from a mess to a functional being. And then I was beset with an GI issue that arose in the meantime. He treated me for it while dealing with the back issue. I went to ER at the urging of too many people the same day. Their tests revealed I was quite healthy but they could not explain my issue. The day after his treatment and my ER visit, I got up without any issues and have remained that way. I couldn't explain why I was "cured" as ER gave me nothing. When I returned for another back treatment and then recalled his treating my GI. Epiphany! Wednesdays at 1:30 we gather at Pan Pacific Park to get our Qi on. So far we have gone over Yang Style 24 Form, and we also started learning some Ba Gua, as well as doing a lot of qi building foundational exercises. He gives us homework too so we have things to work on at home to keep building the qi. It's so nice to take advantage of living in LA by actually getting outside in the nice weather once a week, I highly recommend it. We also have videos that we can watch at home to help with the practice, which is good because I don't have the best memory. If you become a student, Dr. Singh may let you see his very impressive Tai Chi video in which he performs difficult feats with the strength of his qi.
