I told her to do whatever she had to do to fix me, and she really delivered. The massage was definitely intense (as I requested), and I did wake up a bit sore -- but it was a good sore. Most importantly, I was able to play golf the next day like nothing had ever happened. Annie is incredibly skilled and clearly has a gift. I live in LA but I'm already planning to go back just to see her again. Highly recommend if you're in the area and need serious bodywork or just an amazing massage!

I got Annie and sorry to say shes not good. Her movements were so fast that it didnt touch any of the points in my body. (Idk why they would massage you so fast, 90 or 60min is timed its not like they can get it done faster by moving faster.) But anyway, when they rub you down to wipe away the oil on your body the towel is hella rough. I was hoping my husband's massage would be better than mine but NOPE. he said he could've sworn the lady fell asleep a couple of times while massaging him. Worst part of it was when we went to pay, there is a $3 charge for $100 transaction so they charged me $6 for $200. I tip the ladies $20 but Annie was like its 20% tip so it should be $40. I just rolled my eyes and tip them $40. Ridiculous!! Trust me im a generous tipper. But I tip accordingly to the service I receive.

This time it was a different staff, no paperwork, no questioning, and only a quick greeting. I had an evening appointment so I assumed staff wanted to attend quickly before closing. I entered the room and it was very neat and clean however, I noticed a paper towel covering the headrest, which is not typical for a higher end spa. I was left to undress and get onto the table. My massage therapist began working with little to no communication only asking once if I wanted more pressure. This was NOT your typical Swedish massage. There was a lot of basic motion and a couple of times the therapist straddled herself over my backside on the table - I'm guessing for leverage?? Quite frankly, I feel as if I wasted my money - I could've gone down the street to a different establishment for the same level of massage and saved $100. This is the total opposite experience and the quality of the massage did not match the rate compared to the first time I was here. I kept hoping it would get better but it did not. When I rolled over toward the end of the massage I saw that the door to my room was ajar the entire time I was in there and I could see out into the hallway so I know people could see me as they walked past. It s very clean, organized and staff is friendly and the halo salt therapy is cool. But based on this experience I will not be returning. Maybe something has changed in the last month or so? After about 10 minutes of my massage the horror begins. Very loud "ding dong" sound after new clients come to waiting room. Linda drops everything and runs out to talk to them. Comes back after few minutes and continue her massage. Few minutes later another loud "ding dong" and new people come in. Again, Linda drops everything and runs out to talk to them. Than comes back without saying anything and continue with her work. Than after few minutes the same things happened. Loud "ding dong" and new people come in. This happened several times during my session. At one point I was so irritated that I wanted to leave. I told her, this supposed to be relaxing session. But now I am so frustrated with all this. She apologized and asked me to come down and let her finish the massage. But the last movements of my therapist were more like "poking" dead animals to see if they are alive. Terrible. Than she said - finished. When I was leaving she said "you are not going to give me a tip ?" I gave her $10 and left. Than, when I was already in my car I looked at my watch and it was 3:05pm but I started my massage at 2:15pm. so I realized on top of all these "ding dongs" runs away she cut my session off at the end by at least 10 minutes. I prefer full-body massages that include all the major muscle groups. Many places tend to skip areas like the quads or inner thighs, likely to avoid getting too close to the groin, which is understandable. However, my therapist was skilled and professional, and she was able to effectively work those muscles without any discomfort or crossing any boundaries. I highly recommend Healthy Massage.
