Tip: This store is on Fantuan. I'd say that roughly 1.5 years ago, I found out about Tycoon Tofu through a Yelp experience. It was wonderful enjoying silky tofu pudding with toppings, such as fruit and boba, that I drop by this store whenever I'm at Pacific Mall. I tend to avoid coming to Pacific Mall on weekends. I'm generally here after work during the week, which allows me to find parking without any issues. Tycoon Tofu is in the food court. I typically go inside the mall, head up the escalator to the second floor, and hit the food court. Tycoon Tofu is a small stall. It's between Chloe's Convenience and Hot Star Taiwanese Fried Chicken. A nice man runs this stall. He has always welcomed me warmly, with kindness. During my first visit, he said that I could sample all tofu puddings that he had. I tried everything: mango, plain, strawberry, pandan, and green tea. They were all yummy. The pandan caught the attention of my tastebuds the most. The samples do not have any added sugar, which is great for someone like me who doesn't like ridiculously sweet desserts. It's all soy, which is lactose-free and vegan. Perfect! I love fruit. I thought that it would be a phase. It's more like years! I love any fruit as toppings. I tend to do mango and strawberry the most. You can also choose the fruit sauce that you want. You get a small spoon with a lid to ensure your tofu pudding is protected. I liked that the container was him on it. I liked this branding. He seemed humble to me, but I like this quiet flair that he had here. The pandan tofu pudding was excellent. It was so smooth. The small spoon controlled my inhaling the entire dessert quickly. The fruit and strawberry sauce added the perfect amount of natural sweetness to this dessert. The pandan flavour was so good. You can get the tofu pudding in tubs. I was never fond of tofu until trying TYCOON TOFU! WOWWWW! its perfection; Silky smooth perfection. I love my desserts. Everyone that knows me knows I have high standards when it comes to desserts. When my husband asked me what I wanted for my mother's day present, I instantly said TYCOON TOFU!! I highly recommend the original and pandan flavor with the brown sugar syrup. Tried the mango and strawberry with toppings and that really made this dessert pop! I loved how this store offered free samples, like Jell-O shots of silky tofu and soy milk drink. However there wasn't any sugar to the tofu, so the samples were not true to what was possible. Smart the samples sit on a huge bed of ice. If you are sugar fan, then Mango Tofu with fresh mango chunks, mango flavoured popping bubbles and mango sauce made this dessert delish. The kids really enjoyed this one. Strawberry was the runner up with slices of fresh strawberry, strawberry popping bubbles and strawberry sauce. The dessert is served in a cute pail container with a sticker of the Tycoon, the owner himself. One dessert with two toppings comes out to just over $8 with tax. It's really easy to eat, a boba straw could be an option instead of a spoon. I'm sure this will be popular treat for seniors. The tofu was really smooth, easy to eat and actually a healthier dessert choice. Would come back again since both kids enjoyed these flavours . The free soy milk drink that comes with purchase is also very tasty, just sweet enough and also very smooth. It's been filtered well and had no sediment at the bottom. This is a super tiny kiosk just beside the Hot Star. Tofu was stellar! It was smooth and exactly how I felt tofu desserts would taste like. It had a subtle but not overpowering taste that complemented the toppings. I had strawberry popping pearl, coconut flakes, coconut shavings, and strawberry syrup drizzled on top. YUM. Stumbled upon a new soya dessert shop on the 2nd floor of Pacific Mall near the food court. Inside, they sell different flavours of tofu pudding such as pandan, soy milk and smoothies. I was promptly greeted and the store offered samples of their soy milk to try. I got the pandan tofu pudding, it had a nice silky texture and was not too sweet. I am always looking out for healthy and tasty desserts so will definitely be back to try more flavours! read more

Silky and smooth but lacked in taste. They were offering free samples and everything I tasted seemed be kind of subtle. I ended up getting the mango tofu flavour and got fresh mangos as topping, which came as a free topping if buying more than one tofu dessert. Small tofu dessert is $4.99 which is a little bit pricey. The container seems to have also changed too. Service was quick. They do have a happy hour where there is 20% off between 2 to 5 pm. However, this cannot be combine with said the free toppings promo if you buy more than one tofu dessert. It was one or the other. I may go back and try their drinks. Located in the Pacific Mall food court, super small stall that's easy to miss. Service was very kind. They give out free samples and the person let us try multiple flavours. My boyfriend and I ended up getting a large strawberry, and the staff member gave us a free strawberry popping boba topping. It came out to 7.50. The tofu is extremely soft, silky and mild. I like how it isn't too sweet. The strawberry one has a nice fresh strawberry flavour to it, doesn't taste artificial or too sweet. Their regular flavour is also really nice. The pandan flavour is good as well, it's strong and not too sweet. Overall I like how there's a strong tofu taste to all of them. Definitely recommend. read more

To my surprise they were offering tofu dessert, unlike the traditional ginger syrup. They offered pandan, mango and original flavour. The texture was nicely done, soft and silky. They were offering free samples and I was immediately sold. I bought their green tea tofu and they gave me a free soy drink. I think the flavors were perfect. You can taste the tofu and the green tea flavour. Great if you want your dessert to be mildly sweet and light. Great service. read more

Service was quick, the price wasn't as accurate as it was marketed. $4.99 was for the small container, I got the big container to realize it was $7.50. It was silky and smooth but for that price.... I don't think it was worth it. read more

The tofu pudding it's tasty but expensive because too small. It's ok, once in while it is ok not every time. One thing is good before buying you can try out all flavours before buying the pudding. It good thing because in case you don't like them it's a waste of money and food. Not bad! read more
