I found Perfection Car Wash and Detailing thanks to Yelp and chose them because they offer a 100% hand wash and dry car wash. Most car washes use brushes which do nothing but, wreak havoc on your vehicle's paint. Causing scratches and swirl marks so I avoid most car washes like the plague. Upon arriving there was one SUV ahead of us and I watched as they meticulously and thoroughly cleaned it. I then knew that I had made the right choice. About 10 minutes later I pulled into the bay. I really appreciate the fact that I was able to stay in my vehicle in the air conditioning unto they needed to clean the interior. They even have a little sitting area in the shade for you to wait while they are cleaning your interior. I purchased "The Works" package for $25 as my Cayenne is consider a large vehicle which includes the following: Hand Wash Bug Remover Hand Dry Vacuum Floors Clean Windows Air Freshener Clean Rims and Tire Dressing Once they were finished I was completely blown away as they cleaned every nook and cranny of my Cayenne. The guys and girl did an amazing job. These guys know what they're doing and treat your baby like it's theirs. They will be the only car wash to ever touch my Cayenne whenever I'm in Myrtle Beach!

Well the headliner was not done, and the rubber mats were not cleaned just vacuumed. Door jams not wiped down, dirt and debris in the lip of the trunk. I could honestly go one with everything that was done so sh*tty or half a**ed. When I picked up the car the owner gave me some speech about giving it some special wax that's normally $350 but no extra charge for me. Well I actually would have preferred to have the job I wanted done get done rather then extra whatever I didn't ask for. I paid $250 for this. And tipped $100 prior to seeing that they barely did anything to my car.

Well he looked at me like how dare I even ask then he didn't even answer me. Maybe he was having a bad day but still no excuse for the attitude. It took over 4 long hours to make this purchase with a check - no loan. The salesman showed me a few things quickly and most of the time we spent was waiting. I was moved into one chair after another until I sat waiting, in every chair in the dealership. My husband and I got into my VW Tiguan, as I was about to start the engine, the manager came out and had us come back in. Guess what, more waiting. I have severe back pain and I was in agony and told the salesman, George, but we still had to wait for them to sign more papers, wash the car and fill the tank, which they never did. I am still recovering from that day, it was physically and emotionally draining. I don't know how to pop open the trunk yet, but I'll figure it out. The car is a beauty, but the experience was traumatic. George called today and wants me to return for a "second delivery", what the heck is that? He wants me to go over all the things he neglected to teach me the first time. I told him I left in pain and he said he knows what pain is like. I wanted to buy a car, get instructed on all the upgrades and then go home. If George wants a second delivery, he can come to my home at my convenience. As I said, I love the vehicle, but he neglected me as a customer and for that reason, I removed stars.
