The cherry on top is that the shop has filed for bankruptcy (according to new tenant tire shop) and therefore, I cannot get money back or access any warranty coverage. I got my car serviced about a month ago by this business. One Saturday, my dashboard had lit up with a bunch of lights and it was rattling on the freeway. I was referred to them by AAA and brought my car to the shop after a quick phone call to give them a heads up. In the office, I spoke with Kevin, who kept me informed and updated on the plan. After leaving my car at the shop for diagnostics, I expected to hear back later that afternoon, as they closed a little earlier at 3 PM. However, I didn't hear anything back from them (this is why I removed one star). Since they were closed on Sunday and Monday for Memorial Day, I had to follow up with them on Tuesday morning when they opened at 8. Kevin told me the issue with my car's ignition coils, recommended a tune-up, and ran the numbers, which I found to be a reasonable price. They told me that my car would be ready before the end of the day. I was honestly pretty skeptical, but it was ready before 3 PM! They do take Zelle payments which lowered the cost a little bit. It's been a little more than 5 weeks since the service and my car has been running excellently so far. Thank you JJ Star!

He took a few minutes to tell me about the work being done and apologize for the delay, as the paint match was not acceptable to him. We talked for almost 10 minutes and I really felt how much he cares about his work. He does it right or not at all. He called once it was finished and returned it to the repair shop for me to pick up. The job he did was excellent and when I'm in need of a body and paint job I know where I'm going to go. I came on Thursday July 30 to purchase a used tire for my front passenger side (the previous tire looked worn out) and when I saw the tire I noticed it was patched. I asked the guy that was helping me about it and he said that most used tires are like that and that it would still be ok to use and that the tire was in good condition. Well the tire is not at all in good condition and is very defective. When driving it threw off my vehicles balance and it's scarily shaky when driving. I was out of town and now I'm here at the location Monday Aug. 3 hoping to get a different tire or a refund and this place is closed despite the hours of operation stating they are open. I'm definitely disappointed and upset about this experience. If you're going to sell used tires please make sure they are decent and maybe check the tire air pressure on all the tires of your customers, especially when stating they are going on a far drive. The value for the used tire was $60 which is actually a little high in comparison to a previous place I bought used tires that gave me no issues.

So I made the drive expecting 1000.00 When I gave them the problem I was given and estimate of 240.00 . But I was told it would be for 1 1/2 hours of labor to find the problem. If they fixed it sooner it would be less??? Out the door 231.00 that's unreal. While I was waiting a man came in said his car died at the service station next door. Joe asked some questions now he had 12 cars to be repaired !! He left his bussiness to help a man in need got the car to his shop. The man said how much do I owe .
