When installation time came, all the workers were polite and considerate, covering our belongings each day and cleaning up at the end of each workday. Our front window had a broken sash and required a complete replacement. The replacement cost Peter quoted was a reasonable price and he took out the old damaged window and replaced it with a new one, spending time caulking and finishing the job.
