The reasons Im giving a 1 star are for the following reasons: 1. they didn't provide water when you leave, which is common in massage businesses 2. Demanding for a certain quantity for a tip seems unprofessional to me. 3. The place has not been updated with towels and such. 4. The dogs from Petco can be heard through the walls. I understand there isn't much that can be done, but a suggestion might be to turn up the calming relaxing music or provide complimented ear plugs to mitigate the barking. 5.
