John picked up the call immediately. Second, to clarify what I was having a problem with, he asked me to send photos, which I did. He then called me back and advised me to just replace the speakers as it would cost less than the repair. I really appreciated his advice as I was willing to pay for the repair. He'd looked up the model number for me and said I could replace the speakers for less than what it would cost to replace the wire and the audio connection.
