Took a propane tank that's about 1/3 full to be filled so it don't run out on thanksgiving... The very not so friendly employee (Justin M.) refused to fill it saying its not empty! he said it's a certified/valid new tank but "it has gas it's not empty I don't want to fill it." what an idiot and complete waste of time. no one has any clue at that location! I've been a loyal customer for years... and not just propane... storage, truck rental, supplies... etc. cancelled all! never dealing with them again! extremely rude! read more

This outfit is a complete fraud and rip-of agency! I made payments for a storage unit thru my my Banks auto-payment system and the bank shows that the payments were indeed made! yet this outfit claims my payments are over due! I think this owner is a fraud manipulating the system so that he can sell the locker contents at public sale! he needs to be investigated by the authorities! He has done this on several occasions in the past! I have spoken with him personally and he has shown no interest in cooperation to resolve the issue! read more

A total scam. Went and bid and won on a storage. Cleaned it out so I wouldn't have to pay the $100 fee. Guy won't let me throw the items in the dumpster. Had me put what I didn't want into the storage unit again and charged me the $100. He does this so you're forced to pay him the money. Don't ever bid on a unit from this troll if you're into storage bidding. He is unethical. read more

Terrible customer service. We had a reservation for a van, but when we got there to pick it up they told us they never had the van, don't have any more, and that they could not help us secure one at another U-haul location. They told us that the Horsham location had plenty of vans, but that they couldn't call to have one reserved for us. Then we show up to Horsham and they don't have any vans like we were told!! Thankfully we explained what happened and they ended up giving us the last van they had. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Go to any other u-haul location. Because Colmar sucks and doesn't care about their customers or treating people with respect. read more

WOW!!! This place does NOT want your business. I wanted to rent at 10x20 unit. Saw on the website it was available. I called 3 days in a row and after holding for about a half hour each time, I went in to rent the unit the old fashioned way. The woman in the store, when I pointed out nicely I wanted to rent a storage unit, yelled at me and told me there are only 2 people who work there. She was either having a really bad day and has the worst customer service of all time, or she just doesn't want business. I was happy to honor her request and go somewhere else. read more

ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!!! Entered and asked for a specific Ford van. Several were parked out front. Wasted 45 valuable minutes there and then they handed me keys to an older, beat-up Chevy (or GMC) van. Had to waste more time getting a refund. BTW, I have zero tickets, accidents or any other negative. WOULD NOT offer the new Ford. Went a few hundred feet NORTH, to another U-HAUL (amazingly there are two within a sort distance), where I was treated like a king. Barely made it in time to my destination. I reserved a uhaul via the app. Ryan from this location refused to help me because he claims the app and this uhaul location have nothing to do with eachother. He completely disrespected me and my father in law. & with it snowing all week not a single uhaul was shoveled out and they told the customer to unshovel it themselves. DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

Oh my god this place is awful. They shipped my Ubox before I was done packing it, told me I'd be compensated, then backed out. Now they are holding my belongings hostage until they get money from me. They treat their customers terribly and let grimy store managers get away with any mistakes they are liable for. This is a disgusting company to have to work with. TRIED to purchase a hitch after three people said they have it in stock. We drove 30 mins to the location that the 3 proud Uhual employees said had our hitch in stock only to find out that you need a part number. The useless person at the desk said that he can't look up which hitch we need for our car even though we found the part in an online search. The Uhual computer inventor system must be a joke, or just all the people. THIS HAPPENED TO ME TWICE NOW.
