I told Uncluttered Spaces that I couldn't do anything physically because of the pain I'm experiencing and they said that was no problem. In two days I sat in a chair while they went completely through every nook and cranny in my home and with my direction divided all of my furniture and belongings into 3 groups- things I would keep, things they would donate, and trash which will be removed when I have the whole house emptied. They worked non-stop and clearly labeled all of the items that I would take. They offered sound advice on what I should bring but didn't dictate their opinion. Had an AMAZING experience with the two gentlemen who actually moved the furniture, but dealing with…read morethis company was awful. When I initially called to get a quote, I was given one number by one person. I agreed to that rate and received my confirmation after giving my down payment. The day before my move, I still hadn't heard from them regarding what time the movers would arrive. When I called to inquire, I was told that my original quote was wrong and that I would have to pay around $200 more. I was irritated, but was already set to move the next day, so I agreed to the new quote from this new person. The movers arrived 2 hours before the scheduled time (not their fault, once again the fault of the company), and they were LOVELY. Such nice men, friendly, and did an excellent job. After they had finished, I received a call from yet again a different person asking to settle my payment. This time, it was FIVE HUNDRED more than my initial quote. I was baffled. I explained to this new person my situation, what the previous two people had told me, and why I certainly wasn't going to agree to pay that much more. She understood, talked to someone else, and lowered the price back down closer to my 2nd quote (still higher than the original). I would never recommend this company. The movers themselves were so wonderful, but sadly dealing with everything that company put me through was not worth it.
