    We had a flat on our trailer, uhaul sent us to two different places, second being Manteca. Paulette was so nice and extremely helpful. She has a great outlook and is very positive.

    We had a reservation for a trailer from 7am 8/10 - 7am 8/13. I called to confirm hours of operation for pick up and I was told by Bridgette that I could pick up between 7am-7pm. When I arrived at 2:30 on 8/10 my reservation was cancelled and the owner stated the pick up time was 7am. His solution was to send me 45 minutes away from home for the next available pick up. Moving is enough stress to be given false information and poor customer service.

    I just had the absolute worst experience with this company. For context I once hired a company who…read morelost my entire dining room in a move and that company received higher ratings than Precise Movers. I used the Moving help app to find Precise. My mother in law is 75 and recently developed health issues after a massive heart attack. I hired Precise and told my mother in law that we would take care of everything. An associate of Precise called my mother in law and proceeded to yell at her when she told him she didn't know the details of the move; as I was responsible for booking it. After raising his voice at her he proceeded to hang up in her face. I got the number and called back. I really needed to understand what type of person felt it was ok to disrespect a 75 year old woman The lack of professionalism and basic disdain this man has for customers speaks volumes. I was reasonable, I didn't raise my voice, and even cautioned him about talking to seniors who might be skeptical about giving info over the phone. He then asked 'do you want us to come out there or not?' At which point I told him I really didn't care for his attitude and I would prefer to hire one of his competitors. At that moment he hung up the phone. The rudeness and utter lack of manners in a customer facing role is inexcusable. I cancelled and contacted Quality Control movers. Within an hour their team called me back and were flexible, and courteous. Save your money for businesses that appreciate doing business with you.

    I was referred to this company by Grace moving. I've had lots of experience with Grace moving and I…read morewish I would have been able to use them but because they weren't available they had introduced me to Big Island movers. They sounded professional it seemed like they had a good setup and I was quoted for a certain rate. I was quoted at $800 and then they told me if it went over the allotted time which was 3 hours and two drivers and also factored in mileage which we had preset they would just charge me the difference. The movers got there just after 8:00 a.m. everything went smoothly we did everything as we had planned. During conversation the gentleman said cash tips would be appreciated which I had no problem with. We got to our end destination which was a storage facility and the unloaded and then they use the iPad to stop the automatic timer So basically they start a timer in the beginning and then they hit the timer at the end. Everything is automated through an iPad I figured this was to keep people honest I thought that seemed to be a good system and I tip the gentleman $120 in cash The end total was $850 because we went just a little bit over the time I made my payment and went about my day this was on saturday. Today memorial Day Monday I get a call from the owner who tells me that the men calculated it wrong but how could that be when everything was automated they hit a timer in the beginning and a timer in the end They called it closing it out Now the owner calls me and says I owe more money. I am blown away and disgusted and have to question everything about this company because if it was automated using timers from beginning to end and everything was pre-planned we did nothing outside of what was agreed to and I gave a nice tip this is what I call bad business Sadly for them this could have been many referrals for the future as I work in an industry where I have to refer movers on a very regular basis. I even took a bunch of cards and told the guys I would put them on my office and refer.
