He not only checked my windshield washer pump and system, he diagnosed it with a separate power source and determined that the pump for the front and back washer were still working (!) but they just were not getting power. He said to go to an electrical place where they can follow the wires to get it back online. He was SO helpful even though it was not something he covers (because my car was so old the parts and wire diagram not easy to source). I was so impressed with his detective style in figuring out what the problem was and then not even charging me, I can see why he maintains a 5 star rating!
