The day before we had this fun family outing planned I called Laura from The Coastal Concierge in a panic. She said Don't worry! I'll find you a boat and call you back in a hour. Not only did she do exactly as promised but she found us the perfect boat, with the perfect driver and the price was right! Next time I will skip the idea of doing the work myself and call the Coastal Concierge immediately!

My husband planned a bonfire on the beach for my birthday and we were so looking forward to it. We've worked with party planners in the past and I thought Laura was one who really cared about her customer too. I was wrong. The forecast showed rain on the day of our bonfire and Laura's behavior and attitude toward us was unlike anything I've ever experienced. We spent thousands of dollars on this event and it was hurtful to receive callous responses from someone we trusted with our event. First, I sent Laura a message days before asking if we could speak about the weather and her response was "sure but it says no rain, only in the morning." Then, Laura went on to say on the phone that we were the only clients she has ever worked with that didn't have a home big enough to just move it inside (which is insulting and elitist). On the day of the bonfire, I didn't hear a peep from her. Basically just "yes or no?". She also said that even if it didn't rain she wouldn't be able to set it up nicely as planned because the sand was wet. (Yet she'd written me a text saying "it's only going to rain in the morning so what's the issue?" Bizarre.) I truly felt that Laura didn't care at all about our event happening because she was already paid. It was hurtful. Imagine spending considerable money on a celebration and not even getting a message saying "I'm so sorry this didn't work out". Or "Hey, can I at least drop off some of the stuff you paid for it?" Nothing. Our experience with Coastal Concierge left such a bad taste in our mouths on what was supposed to be a happy and joyous celebration. We made a mistake hiring Laura. I would not recommend working with her.

She dipped the mop into the bucket ONCE and pushed it around the floors. You can imagine how "clean" they were. So they adjusted the bill for the hours and said that that was an error. That they don't charge for a trainee. As far as the floors, they didn't offer any adjustment or offer to come back to clean them the proper way. They said they'd "make it right next time" and asked me to pay the bill in full. My mistake for trusting them. I'm only here in the summer so here we are...next time. I call yesterday. Asked for next Friday. She says she has 4 openings but wants to check about "making it right". Calls me today and says the way that they will make it right is to send a reliable crew to make sure the cleaning is done the right way. No compensation. Nothing. Oh and there is now no availability anymore. Couldn't be more unprofessional & dishonest. I have Ring video of them coming and going to confirm times, pics of the dirty floor, texts about the overcharge. They just don't seem to care to make it right. I basically paid for a service that I did not receive. And now don't have anyone lined up to clean my home before the holiday wknd. So use at your own risk.

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE....WOULD ADVISE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY:…read more1) In power washing an IPE deck Schindler's machinery left permanent dark stains on various portions of the deck. Subsequent powerwashing did not remove the stains which I assume were caused by one of the liquids they were using. 2) Instead of lifting up deck furniture, workers dragged some of it across the deck causing several long approx. 10 ft. scratches. 3) Workers used a power washer that was too strong for the walls of the outdoor shower and fencing, turning a layer of wood into dust which got stuck all over the side of my house, outdoor fixtures, air conditioner, etc. 4) Powerwashing machinery left on lawn burned the grass turning it yellow. AFTER PAYING SCHINDLER'S INVOICE, I HAVE NOW HAD TO SPEND MANY HOURS TRYING TO CORRECT THE ABOVE MISTAKES! VERY FRUSTRATED BY THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK!

They called me at work asking for an additional hour to get the job done. I agreed because I thought they would be cleaning the house from head-to-toe. I was wrong. When I got home, I saw that my blinds were not dusted, dirt on the floor, windows still dirty, and animal/human hair from the last owner in the house. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the representative admitted that they didn't clean the upstairs because they didn't have time and it was too much of a job. First of all, I called them because I needed the whole house cleaned (which I expressed when I scheduled my appointments). Why would they send someone to not complete the job? The representative was very nice but kept asking to call me back after speaking with her supervisor. After several follow-up calls like that, she said her supervisor was going to call me back, which never happened. They charged my credit card, and I never heard back from them since. I have never felt so deceived and unsatisfied with a cleaning service in my life and will never recommend them to anyone who needs a reputable home cleaning service.
