So I did .The owner came & stated that the area in my bay window should & must be cleaned! I caved & said to my self she seems to be a professional & take her. advice ! And with that she stated that the drapes in the bay window must also be cleaned & she had an attachment that would accommodate the drapes without pulling on them! So I agreed ! That being said I went against mybetter judgement & all I believe to be true with common sense! She wanted a credit card # b4 starting! I gave it to her! Her people came ,the 1st thing I stated was did you bring the attachment for cleaning the drapes? The girl said no & was not going to clean the draped or the bay window area! Huh! Add insult to injury & insult again just b4 the girl left,I stated the time spent for the cleaning & she said yes! As the credit card was charged the agreed on initially Ok??? But the next day was charged additional $10.00!!?? Call me a fool for dealing with this person She puts on a good show but Help me Lord! Never ever again! I have cleaners since then but like this!

Not only do they clean well, her team is reliable and honest. If they think something is amiss, they let you know (i.e. door was open when we arrived, etc.). The managers call you or email you to make sure you are satisfied with the service. Recently, we arrived earlier than expected. After the housekeeping team left, we met a supervisor who came by just to spot check. They've also been great for additional services - letting in a technician when I wasn't available, house watching, etc.

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE....WOULD ADVISE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY:…read more1) In power washing an IPE deck Schindler's machinery left permanent dark stains on various portions of the deck. Subsequent powerwashing did not remove the stains which I assume were caused by one of the liquids they were using. 2) Instead of lifting up deck furniture, workers dragged some of it across the deck causing several long approx. 10 ft. scratches. 3) Workers used a power washer that was too strong for the walls of the outdoor shower and fencing, turning a layer of wood into dust which got stuck all over the side of my house, outdoor fixtures, air conditioner, etc. 4) Powerwashing machinery left on lawn burned the grass turning it yellow. AFTER PAYING SCHINDLER'S INVOICE, I HAVE NOW HAD TO SPEND MANY HOURS TRYING TO CORRECT THE ABOVE MISTAKES! VERY FRUSTRATED BY THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK!

When it was time to pick our flooring, my husband and I went looking for a floor in our given price range. We went to Home Depot and Floor and Decor and picked out flooring that we liked. Alexis kept telling us that she had a place for us to pick out flooring and kept avoiding talking about flooring we like from other companies. Since we were into the project for approximately 8 months already due to COVID, we decided to go with her contact. We wound up picking a floor with their contact, but we're concerned about how thin the flooring was since it was going over tile that was under our original pergo We were told not to worry about it and that they would make sure that everything was done right. About a month after install, the floor started buckling. We callEd All Island to ask Jay, the owner to come take a look at the floor. He said it would cost us $7,000 to redo the floor. We explained that we had reservations about putting this thin floor in, given our circumstances and that Alexis assured us that it would be fine and they'd take care of it. Jay told us flat out that he would replace it for another $7,000. Since then the floor has been separating in many places and even sticking up. We cut our feet on it and my husband had to tape it down. Since we only looked at samples and don't know the company they got this floor from, we have no warranty on it and have to redo the entire floor ( in four rooms of my home) costing us $9,000 more only four years later. The reason we waited these few years was because we knew it was going to cost a lot to redo this floor. Now we are in the process of getting it done right at a big cost. Home Depot professions said they don't even sell less than 8mm thick flooring, but All Island installed 5mm even after our concerns. I have many pictures of this disaster. When Jay visited us, he went around our kitchen kicking the planks to close up multiple gaps. The flooring was a big part of this disaster, but there is way more that happened with the crew that was working on our project. Paint splatter on our brand new windows and screens, holes left in corners of the room, kitchen cabinet handles screwed in crooked, grout started falling out of the backsplash tiles, and I could go on. Wish they would have done right by us.

They did not stop for a minute and did…read morea thorough cleaning of every inch of the house (even the closets) - moving furniture to vacuum, dusting the Venetian blinds, scrubbing the bathroom tiled showers, washing interior windows, and even helped me lay down a large new rug that was delivered while they were working. I offered coffee, water, soda, cookies - nothing stopped them from their tasks. Albania even starting singing while she was working, so they happily found an accompanying playlist while they labored on.. They worked for hours - and bagged up all the dirtied paper towels and dusters to take to the trashcans. I was there the whole time, but I truly believe that didn't make one bit of difference with these ladies. They were there to finish a job that they had been hired to do. The price was quoted prior to the hire after describing what needed to be cleaned and the size of the house. It is not an hourly rate, but based on the job being completed. Very nice, hard-working crew that I would definitely hire again - and that is my plan!

When she arrived, I had another cleaning service company there already who also wanted to see the house prior to giving an estimate. Albania said she didn't feel comfortable and left. I called her back once the other company left (which was literally 5 mins after) and she said she won't come back because she doesn't like that I was looking for a quote from another company as well. I don't understand how a business operates in that manner. If you are confident in your work, that should not be an issue.
