They are willing to adapt their cleaning methods if there is something we are not 100% happy with. And if there is something beyond regular floors/bathrooms/dusting, they are happy to handle other tasks (for a reasonable additional cost). Beyond doing a good job, they are also warm, trustworthy, and hardworking people who we are happy to support in their small business. We trust them with the keys to our home, which is saying something. And they are great with our dog, too. If I had one critique, it would be that their main focus is general cleaning. They use "regular" cleaning products and elbow grease to get the job done. That's good for 98% of jobs. So, you may need to ask them if you need them to do something different. For instance, to use a bleach-based cleaner to get a white enamel fixture really white again. Or to use a CLR-type product to remove rust stains (they would likely scrub things down really well, making them clean, but not necessarily removing the rust stain). But again, if you ask, they will happily adapt and take care of it. And remember for future times, too. As you can tell, we would highly recommend them. --- [I don't know if it is worth addressing the one bad review I see, because I don't know their situation, but I find their complaint to be highly unlikely. Do they know what their landlord paid for in terms of cleaning? You can pay someone to do a basic cleaning of floors and bathrooms (1.5 hrs work and a low price) or pay a team of people to spend 8-10 hours scrubbing appliances, doing windows, etc (at a much higher price). I'm guessing the landlord paid for the former (basic floors/bathrooms at a relatively low cost), while the tenant expected the latter (all-day scrub-down at a very high cost). I wouldn't blame these honest and hardworking people for that misunderstanding.]

After leaving my home he said he would repair what he had broken but since then he has ignored all phone calls and text messages that I have sent him in hopes of correcting the issue that he created. Then she left. Picked them up 2hrs later. Paid $160. Gave them a tip. Well, I guess I should have inspected the job but when they were picked up by the supervisor she had them out the door real fast. I asked to have my kitchen floor steamed cleaned. Supervisor said they used sponges instead. Really? I asked them to clean my ceiling fan and somehow the light bulb was removed and sitting on my table. I had to replace it. They were told to wipe down the outside of fridge but not to touch the inside. When I opened the fridge door, they left a filthy rag in there. Yes, they come with old dirty rags. I was so grossed out. The worst part-they broke my faucet and didn't tell me. They left the broken pc by my soap dish. Mike said he'd come fix it. He didn't. Now I have to replace the faucet and pay a plumber to it. The cleaning solution they used was fabuloso. The stuff stinks. They even wiped out my glass pitcher with it. Who does that? I put it right into the dishwasher. Never ever again will these people enter my house in the future. NEVER!!
