I have been to this salon a number of times before and have been relatively impressed. BUT, this visit tonight was incredibly disappointing. I asked for a full set of acrylic nails in a standard coffin shape. That is NOT what was delivered. The nails were flat, bumpy, and listless! What's worse is the female nail tech (I didn't get her name, but the receipt says it was Angel) used the clear coffin shaped forms. I made a few suggestions at the start of the session, but nothing I said fixed the issues, and it seemed as if it was problematic providing input. It was clear that I was not happy, and none of the more experienced nail techs intervened. To add insult to injury, we were charged $75.00 for my set and $65.00, for my daughter's set. I went to my car and bit them off immediately. I can do a better job with acrylics, but wanted to be pampered for a change. That did not happen. This saddens me to say, but don't waste your time- it's not worth it. read more

During my Pedicure, one of the staff threw a dark wet towel on my orthopedic sandals, dying and staining the inside and outside. Staff denied doing so, and would not give me any answers. When staff called the owner on the cell phone, the owner told me it was my fault for wearing nice sandals into the store, for placing them on the floor next to the chair! That's what everyone does when they get a foot tub service, i told her! No, she said i should have brought a bag to place them in, haha! No apology, no willingness to reimburse me for the shoes, NOTHING. They did not make me pay for my $30 pedicure, and she told me that was significant. Mynshoes cost $130 because they are orthopedic sandals. I would not recommend this place for horrible customer service and blaming the client for a staff mistake. Unbelievable. I was visiting my daughter and needed a fill. Came up to this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I am satisfied with the work they did, price was a little much considering I'm wearing very short nails but I guess that's average pricing for an acrylic fill? (45.00 plus tip) the only thing I did not like was that the nail tech did not clean his station after his last client and before serving me. Also he did not wash his hands before and after. This is what an ombré nail looked like day of. It popped off two days later. The following day two tips broke off. I went back and wanted them fixed and she wanted to charge me for a full set. The same woman that when I was getting my nails done asked if I liked them because she knew he did a bad job. Painted a French tip then dragged a brush to five ombré effect. When I went back I asked that she just remove them. She cut the tips which were painful and struck a nerve. Then proceeded to take a fake nail to dig underneath and pop off the nails. Popped off pretty easily because they did such a poor job and started lifting the day I got them done. Would never ever go back. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE! First, the woman moved my car keys without telling me. I had to call AAA. Then, she got an attitude because I kept her waiting. I requested a pedicure. She barely attempted to remove calloused. She didn't clean or remove the excess skin along the back of nails. Left brown rings on my toes and painted around the discoloration. I asked her to fix it, she refused. Asked her name, she refused. Asked the name of the owner, she refused. Another employee, "Helen", stated, "come back tomorrow and I fix for you". Careful because they're all scammers, they charged me $85 for simple medium black nails & then a second lady who never touched my nails asked for a tip for her too . The nail tech cut up my cuticles and made 3 of my fingers bleed, and the nail polish had debris in it when it dried. She gave me gel without even asking if that's what I wanted, If you say no gel they give you a look and get visually "disappointed". This was my first time coming into the nail salon. The lady who did my pedicure was fantastic. The gentlemen who did my manicure was very inexperienced. I could tell he had no experience, he barley removed the dead cuticle skin and he acted afraid to file my nails. I became extremely frustrated and informed the manager of my concerns. A lady took over who was more experienced and did a "quick fix" but did not take the time to ensure it was good quality. It has not been a full two weeks and my nails have already chipped. I live by the "Thrice" Rule. I'll try anything thrice. My latest trip, which sparked this review, was a 2 star and so was the first visit. I can't imagine what a third trip will do, but I will likely try this place again sometime in the future. My latest experience with this nail shop was about like the first time I went there. The staff is not very pleasant to work with. I think the lady that did my manicure at station number 5 was unhappy that day. She pulled and twisted on my arm as if I were some kind of rag doll. I asked her nicely to just let me know where she wanted my arm positioned so I could put it there. As I think about it, she was just plain rude to me during the time she was doing my manicure. As I think about it more, this salon wasn't packed on a Friday at 5pm. That should have been a sign. The salon itself was clean. There are about 8 spa pedicure chairs and 8 stations for manicures. If you are here looking to determine if you want to go to the nail salon, I would say try it out. Don't expect anything glamorous and you'll be just fine. read more

BEWARE!!!!! Personal injury and overcharging I had been having my nails done by Tracey for a long time. During this time I can truthfully say she was really good. Then one time a few months ago she lost control of her drill and cut me a little bit. I was ok with this accidents happen. The most recent serious cut from her losing control of her drill; she cut me very badly. I bled a lot and she put something on it to stop the bleeding. It all felt like I had surgery on my finger. The pain was excruiciating. I contemplated going to urgent care She acted like it was no big deal but I knew it wasn't. I had pain for 2 days and swelling. It was very very bad. I wouldn't recommend this person to anyone! I could have taken her and this shop to court and won but I didn't. I was just grateful that after a few days the swelling has began to go down. This whole ordeal was horrible and she should never be allowed to work on peoples nails. I would never recommend this nail shop to anyone; ever!!! read more

This place use to be good. Under new management, said he was the brother in law. (Doubt that) Walked in and everyone looked around and felt like everyone was saying "not me, not me". The service isn't the same. Manager handling the money was cool and personable. Need to talk to his nail techs to not start rambling when a customer walks in. Some wore face masks and some didn't. Chairs don't work and super uncomfortable. Water was really cold and got so hot I had to pull my feet out. SMH. I ordered the hot stone and calice remover, I got scratched from the nail techs nails (from under a no less) on the Under side of my legs with massage. (No feel good) also there was no stone placement under the foot (arch) like I asked and expected when paying more for next level of service. I paid the piper and tipped her... 48.00+ 10 for tip. Not worth it. #ripjob. I will not come back, the only good thing was the music the new manager controlled from a YouTube channel on his lap top. I generally schedule an appointment because the place does get busy Saturdays. During the week, I have been able to walk right in to get my nails done or waxing no appointment necessary. I used to really like this place but noticed a drop in their clientele in the past year. On my most recent trip, I had a pedicure and all was well until it came time for the polish application. The guy did a terrible job and the finished result came out bumpy and without an ounce of shine, completely dull. I handed him an OPI color but either the polish inside that bottle was old or possibly a generic low quality product disguised in an OPI bottle...because my toes look awful. I'm pretty sure he recognized how bad a job he did because he tried fixing it by applying a clear coat of polish that contained sparkles, yes horrible sparkles!!!! Never will I go back. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention they use a tool here that looks like a metal cheese grater. That in itself is a reason to run as fast as you can and never return. Just a big no-no! read more

Came to this place for gel polish and color change on toes because it was close to my house...Big mistake! The lady who did my feet was super slow and didn't seem to really know what she was doing..my toes came out ok but the job she did I could have did at home...a male started on my hands and I told him no drill on my sore finger and he did it anyway..then he continued to be increasingly rough while using the drill and nail file...I was burned and scratched more than once and he had the audacity to get mad when I flinched in pain!!! I told him he was too rough and he said "can I finish now?" He didn't care at all...I paid for my color change and left before he could do any more damage to my nails.*** Warning the pedicure tubs don't look very sanitary, this place doesn't use the disposal bags in between customer to line the tub, that's why I just got a polish change. read more
