No one told me about a deposit being charged. They claim they don't charge you until the day of the appointment. Then they lied and said they called me. Like I don't have a call history on my phone. I never received a confirmation text and I did not receive a call. If you canceled my appointment to book some else that's messed up. I don't understand what games this location is playing but you lost a good paying customer. Then have the audacity to tell me book another day. No I can't I have a life and I work out of town. I only had this day available to try your services which now after this experience I don't want to anymore because I don't need to pay for a service then feel it will not happen on the day I'm available. I asked for a refund, and I'm still waiting for the "manager" to call me. This experience was unnecessarily stressful and annoying. I advise to everyone do not give your card information to this establishment! I took my kid into the place, and my kid complained about the odor of marijuana that came out of there.
