terrible and awful place and just because of the manager/owner, his name is Tim. He is very rude disrespectful he doesn't honor the appointment made couple days ago over the phone, my appointment today was at 10:30 for the pedicure and 11 am for, powder manicure,I have waited about 40 minutes so I did ask him how much longer I have to waitHe said another 40 minutes or longer so I'll be waiting over 80 minutes . The pedicure itself was done well but the overall experience was disappointing. I left a $10 dollar tip which was I could afford and the technician didn acknowledge it or say thank you. It made me feel unappreciated. I hope they improve their customer service . read more

Bright beautiful newly revamped nail salon and spa in this shopping center. At least a dozen brand new pedicure chairs along with an assortment of various pedicure aroma service combos to select from. Have always seen at least a half dozen workers tending to those who make appointments or just walk in like me many times. They have been fast, efficient, and very kind. Pricing is fair and comparable to other local competitors offering these services. I have now successfully had both their pedicure and powder manicure services with success. I walked in for a pedicure. Erika did an amazing job! She cleaned up my nails, made sure to get the Ingrowns, polish was very neat, and the massage was delightful. She was super sweet! I will definitely be going back there. I've been going to my place for 15yrs but it is out my way & hours ate limited. I went on Friday to get my nails done, It is Sunday and my gel nails are all chipped. I asked for two of my nails to have a different color, they charged me $6.00 they called it a French tip. There's a sign that says $5.00 for a full set of french tips. They are super rude and I will not be going back. read more

Terrible service. First time there I had to re-pick my color 4 times because it didn't match what it looked like. Next the technician kept hurting me while putting the color on and her uv lamp didn't work so she used a different one that looked disgusting and never cleaned. No offers of any massage on top of that. And instead of cleaning the nail polish mess around my nails she cuts off my skin... who does that ? You have been warned . read more

I love this place. It took over for Angel Tips, who I've gone to since it opened over 22 years ago and it was a comfortable transition. The new girls are nice and know the biz, but our trusted technicians we've known for years are still there happy and ready as ever. This was the worst gel manicure I have ever gotten. I got a gel manicure on Monday (3/13). I had a 4:30 appointment. I waited 30 minutes till they finally sat me. 5 days later, 4 of my nails are already chipped. Beyond disappointed. $28 + tip. Not happy and will not be going back. read more

Went to Meet Nails on a recommendation. Never have I been so disappointed. Regular mani pedi. Girl who did my nails did not understand English and did not do what I asked. I asked for round she squared my nails. Asked to cut nails short, she held up a nail file. She hurt me when supposedly massaging my feet, hands and neck. I have a sore on my foot as she went a little to hard with the callous stone. The nail polish I picked, must have been old as she added something to it. It cracked a day later. I removed the polish I thought $35. For a mani pedi was a bit high, but it was a new, nice looking shop, so I gave it a try. Will not return. Horrible experience. read more
