Service 8/27/26.ip went for just change over my acrylic, the person that did my Nail was very inexperienced. She did a terrible job. My nail was filed unevenly. The polish was applied lumpy she overfiled. In certain spots where there divots in the Nail and she had no idea how to fix it. The shape was horrible, I'm not sure how you could mess up such a simple job. My nail was short, all she had to do was remove the color and apply a gel color, that's it. I'm came here to get manicure and pedicure while waiting to get my car fixed at Honda Dealership. Ann was very nice , she gave me extra perks as new customer. I started off with regular pedicure but ended up with hot stone massage as a bonus. Ann also did my manicure, she used specialized acrylic but didn't charge the extra $5 and instead of washing my hands with regular hand pump, she gave me a purple exfoliating moisturizing scrub. Ann told me that if I did my nails French with the thick white line that it would look "beautiful" and that the square shape is "sexy". Throughout the whole process Ann would ask if I liked how she was doing my nails to make sure I was okay with length and style of French line. At the end Ann carried my belongings over to dryer and gave me a massage. Ann told me that I smelled good and asked what perfume I had on. She told me to come back next time I get my car fixed since I don't live in the area anymore. I'm hoping that if I return I'll get the same treatment. I've experienced places do extra for new customers to get them to return then don't follow up aka bait and switch. I'd recommend to come here if you are in the area, it was nice inside, clean and relaxing environment. read more

I had an 11:30am appointment for a mani pedi and left the salon at basically 3 pm. I had powder on my nails and gel on my feet but that still should not take over 3 1/2 hours. I showed a picture of a design that I would like and it turned out okay. I was not completely satisfied with it as my nails are now caked in layers of gel polish. Also the shaping of my nails were done poorly. my service costed me over $100 and I do not think it was worth the cost. I went here to try a new place but will not be returning. read more

Came here to get my toes and nails done for a wedding. I selected the "7 day" nail polish because they said it's really good quality and will absolutely last 7 days. It actually lasted. They even used a "special" top and base coat. Obviously in this picture my nails grew which is normal. Only issue is that the top coat they used was so old and dry it left streaks. They need to get new polishes or use thinner to reduce the stickiness. read more

2 stars because nails look fine, but experience was terrible. Diva Nail Spa is near where I was getting my car repaired. It was my first and definitely my last time! I chose to try this place bc of their reviews. But, being as their reviews do not reflect the awful service and that I believe that what I experienced is their standard and not a one time occurrence, I will leave a review. I called ahead to ask the cost of a pedicure and if it included paraffin wax (the response was $20. and paraffin, yes, of course ). I asked if I could get a pedicure in 5 min. and was told to come over. All the operators were busy when I arrived and I was left to wait. Why not tell me to take my time coming? The male operator was disappointed that I didn't want a "spa" pedicure. He did quick basic steps without personal concern, rubbed on salt/sugar scrub, then applied lotion with bare minimal massage. Used moist towel to wipe off lotion (would've scored points if he used the towel as a warm compress). Massage chair stopped, but it's control is apparently behind the chair and he doesn't bother to reset. I was done so fast that I didn't realize until after he asked for payment that I NEVER GOT the paraffin! I have never had a pedicure and not been offered a little shoulder/back massage. Male operator(as he never introduced himself) told me that I could remain in the chair massage. But, of course, it stopped soon after anyway. All 4 operators converse loudly in Korean among themselves while with clients. Really? While I was drying, one operator was sitting at the desk speaking loudly on the phone and carrying on conversation with the male operator who was in the back hallway. I had to ask for drying oil before I left so that I wouldn't smudge my polish and then, he didn't bother to remove the paper between my toes. I was distracting him from counting his tips right at the front counter! There is NO "spa" atmosphere about this place! There are so many nail salons in this area. read more

New to the area and was looking for a regular nail place. Clearly, this place is NOT it. My daughter and I both got gel manicures, which usually last us about 3 weeks. Within 5 days, we both had the polish peeling off in large pieces. I went back and showed them and they re-did it and promised it would be better -- but the owner Jennie had the nerve to ask for another $25! It is now 4 days later and it is peeling off once again. Clearly they are using inferior products or techniques -- or both. And their customer service is appalling. Will not return. read more

The new owner Jenny is very sweet and accommodating and they provide high quality gel manicures that will last 2+ weeks. I do advise making an appointment as it gets very busy, however that's a sign of a good business. The place is immaculate with very sanitary conditions. they give great pedicures and 10 min back massages. on the expensive side ($30 for mani/pedi) but i do have to say they are very clean. i am not a fan of the employees, most of them are a little rude and always trying to make you upgrade to a higher service. I love this nail salon. Yes they are a little bit more expensive than most nail salons but it's worth it. The owner is wonderful and really appreciates your business. She also has great business ethic. The pedicures are amazing and they use hot stones for a regular pedicure. It does get busy in there but it's worth the wait.
