They showed up with what looked like a U-Haul trailer instead of a truck, and it was already mostly full. I stated when I booked my appointment that I had 2 trash cans of construction debris that needed to be emptied, along with other items we needed hauled away. It was not a lot of stuff. The manager looked at our junk pile (facetime) and raised the price to over $200, then they refused to take the construction debris which is why I called in the first place. My wife convinced them to take one container, but they would only do so if we allowed them to take our garbage can along with the debris. Not a good experience, I should have read the reviews before booking them.

I had to do it because my belongings were in a storage unit, and the storage facility wouldn't allow ABF to drop the trailer on their property. They had to pay their employee all of that time and they ended up holding the furniture overnight as the flooring wasn't finished until 10:30 PM. They were so very gracious and everyone was remarkable and so very wonderful to work with. It is a family owned business that takes pride in their service.
