We moved from a 4 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment. Most of our stuff was put into storage. The move was supposed to take 1 day, but their second truck broke down and move took 2 days. A table my father had made was broken during the move as well as my son's bed. Everything is packed so tight in the storage units that we can't find the boxes and items that were supposed to go to the apartment. There were boxes that were supposed to go into storage that were in the apartment so nothing was really followed and just done quickly and carelessly. The final price was FOUR TIMES the original estimate we were given, proably because the move had to be done over 2 days. There was no real price break or apologies for the move taking so long. We will never use Family First again and do not recommend them.
