We met up with friends at Harbor House for dinner and drinks. The outdoor seating is great and the food is good. However our waitress named Nicole was not one bit pleasant or efficient. After she took our credit cards to process our bills she did not return with them for half an hour. When we flagged her down she was very rude and challenged us that she had returned our credit cards. She went inside bar and located them. When she returned them to us she insinuated that someone else had picked them up off of our table. We were sitting right there. That didn't happen. We will take a break from Harbor House. read more

Came in to try out the House's Sunday brunch with my mother; warm welcome and seated at high tables near the bar. For $22, I would have expected the brunch selection to be better. Raw veggies and fruit, egg scramble (with sausage, I believe), sausage and peppers, pancakes and french toast stix (like the frozen ones), carving station, and omelettes. My mother and I made some nice conversation and enjoyed a sunny day, but we were hoping for a better "from scratch" food selection. read more

Came here with 7 on a somewhat busy afternoon. They seated us quickly, took a little bit for the waitress to get to us but she was super sweet when she did. Reuben egg roll app: this was a delicious and good sized appetizer. Shared with 3 people total and was more than enough (comes with 6 halves) Hummus tray: hummus was real tasty with an assortment of carrots, cucumbers and really good pita chips Build your own wood fired Stromboli: I filled it with mozzarella, salami and prosciutto. Very good size, cooked perfectly, I enjoyed this meal. All in all I definitely would come back and would recommend to anyone wanting a good meal. 7 meals, 2 apps, came to around $150 tip included... not bad. read more

The smoked wings were legit, had bark and the color was right (A little bit pink as smoke preserves some of the color). On point but the rub was a little spicey. tone down the rub heat and you have best wings in Erie. Also had a Margherita pizza with arugula. Not bad, throw some fresh garlic and oil in a food processor and skip the garlic powder. Balsamic glaze drizzle would finish this pizza. Roland makes a decent one for restaurants. Yes, 5 Stars! The food is delicious , the beer selection was amazing , and the customer service was top notch. My husband and I were visiting Erie for the weekend. If I were a local, I would become a regular. The manager even came buy our table to see how things were going. We ordered the grape bacon flatbread, it was such goodness! We try to come here often. Happy hour is a must. Pizzas and flatbreads are half price, and they have 22 beers on draft. The on tap list always has what is on reserve for each tap, in case of a keg change. The pizzas are amazing! The wings are also great! The atmosphere and staff always have a smile and are willing to chat! Definitely worth a stop. read more

I finally completed my trifecta of the U Pick 6 eating establishments by visiting the U Pick 6 Harbor House this past Wednesday afternoon! We arrived just after noon and the place was packed! I assumed that most were folks on their lunch break from work given the fact that most were drinking non-alcoholic beverages. ;-) We decided to sit at the bar versus waiting for a table and our server (Hailey?) was very friendly and attentive. She let us sample a few drafts to make sure we found something to our liking. Sig other is not a huge beer fan, so he ended up settling for a vodka tonic with lime. Food quality, like the other two U Pick 6 establishments, was wonderful, albeit with the same menu. Sig other had been wanting to try the Bacon Grape Flatbread since my last outing to the Public House, so he got that and I opted for the menu special of Smoked Wings. The Bacon Grape Flatbread was phenomenal as usual, while the wings had a smokey taste with what looked/tasted like a chipotle dry rub on them. Accompanying the wings was a huge cup of Thai BBQ sauce that added a wonderful, sweet zing. No blue cheese, celery or carrots here, but I didn't find the need for them. While I prefer my wings deep-fried to being baked (like these were), they were decidedly different enough to where the smokiness, heat of the chipotle seasoning and the dipping sauce were all enough to make me forget that these were not your usual deep fried wings. After dinner, our bartender accompanied me to the beer cooler so I could make up my own 6-pack to go. She was very knowledgeable about the beer selection and even offered up some suggestions...how could you get any better service than that? :-) read more

So let's start with covid precautions-- staff wore masks- that's it. Place was jammed packed at table areas, people elbow to elbow at the bar. There was hardly any room to walk between tables not alone social distancing. So I wouldn't go back for that alone. Got two fried egg burgers-good size but NO taste. Also got two reubens which again size (lots of corned beef) was nice. Again NO flavor and were Luke warm at best, cheese wasn't even melted. Better off calling it corned beef and Swiss. Needless to say won't be back or won't be recommending both because of covid precautions and tasteless food. read more

We gave this place a try when we were in town for the night. It had a cute/ comfy atmosphere, and is the type of place you can bring your kids and also have a good beer. On a Friday night, there were people on dates and families with kids. Their fries are strange but tasty. I had the turkey avocado sandwich that had balsamic glaze on it. I was not sure how that would work but it was delicious! My husband had the steak sandwich, which he enjoyed and my son had a meatball sandwich that looked great. It was fun to try some local Erie beers. I'd go back. read more

This place is a great spot not much to say other than go there and have a great time. Clean friendly and great food. The prices are high but I believe this keeps out any riff raff. Not a bad joint only down fall is the location a heavy DUI check point spot. read more

Was extremely disappointed in my meal. I got the streak salad, which included overcooked steak, no goat cheese, and a dressing that was "homemade" but was just balsamic. The chicken bacon ranch was better but was extremely soggy and dropped ranch. I was also never given the option for fries and instead got chips which was disappointing. This is one of a few locations in Erie...they all have a slightly different name and theme inside but the menus are identical. The strombolis, burgers and soups are great! You have to get the pizza muffins! They have a wide variety of specialty and local beers on tap and bottle and for carry out. The areas of opportunity for them are better sized sides that come with sandwiches. I ordered the delicious tri-color potato salad with my sandwich and it was about 2 tablespoons worth served in one of those plastic cups for ketchup. Gimme more than that, especially because I'm paying an upcharge. Also, service is spotty depending on who waits on you. Some servers are great, others seem to rather be doing something else. It seems that is the theme at their other locations as well, in my opinion. read more

Good place to eat with kids. My husband and I went here with our 2 kids (1 year old & 3 year old). The food was yummy, the beer was good & the service was awesome! Our waiter checked in on us a few times and so did who we think was the manager. On the way out, the manager asked if our kids enjoyed the Wiki Sticks and gave us a few extra packets to take with us!
