Great people great concept clean and well run . After much thought i decided to buy a set of used tires . I had them mounted and dealer said small hole in sidewall I called them and they sure no problem just bring them all back ! What i have 1 bad tire I had them all mounted and balanced and live an hour away. They said sorry this cost me the price of the tire plus mounting etc and a good used tire. Their return policy says parts must be marked for a return. Had an issue but the owner made it right. This place is awesome for projects where you don't quite know what you need or are building a Frankencar. Very clean and friendly. read more

I'm disappointed with my experience at the Pasco location. I needed a small wiring harness for a truck project that me and my 11 year old son were working on. I could have bought it online but decided to take my son to the yard to give him an experience in looking for and pulling it out of an old salvaged vehicle. Drove 30 minutes and arrived at 436 pm. Sign says it closes at 6pm and website says 7pm, but was told I had about an hour. Spent the next 30 minutes looking for this specific part and the next 30 minutes getting it out. We then returned to the front counter at 5:32pm, and I was told by Sergio that he was only taking cash because he closed out the register. I did not have cash and he said he wouldn't take my card because it was "too late" and they closed at 530pm. I asked him if he could open back up the "closed register" and he said no they were closed. I asked if he knew I was in the yard and he said "yeah, but I told you we closed in an hour when you arrived, and it's after 5:30pm". I once again pleaded my case that my son and I had spent the last hour trying to get this harness for a project. He once again said he told us that they closed in an hour, and it wasn't his fault. So we had to leave the wiring harness on the counter...What kind of business does this to a customer? Completely unprofessional. read more

They charge a Fee of $2 to go into the yard, they should be upfront on that. They are not very good at answering questions on the phone about what they specifically have in the yard. Their phone skills are not very good, friendly or informative when it comes to a specific question. I and others ( wandering around trying to find a vehicle) were told they have X cars on hand and they did not. Sure the make and models were there, just not the year they claimed to have had. Which is annoying and deceptive, since I was very specific on what I was looking for when I called. They do not refund the fee when that happens, so it is not as customer service friendly as they claim, in my opinion. Yes, it is clean and the makes are all together and have plenty of room around them to "pull" your part. The wheelbarrows are a nice service aspect, although pushing it around the yard searching for your vehicle is not advised. Prices on parts? I do not know, since the car I was looking for and told yes it was, was not there. They took my $2 though. Lesson learned. read more
