This place is awesome! I was in town visiting with my girlfriend for a family reunion. Our car died and we couldn't figure out if it was the battery or the alternator. Mr Phil Wood prior Navel seaman was super helpful. He was able to arrange for someone to come out and check our battery for us. It was truly a blessing. Funny thing is we went to autoZone 1st next door and corp America just couldn't help nor did they have our battery in stock. 9 to 9 auto parts was awesome. We went to Nine to Nine Auto Parts today to buy two new wiper blades for a 1988 Toyota pickup. I took one in with me to show the attendant behind the desk and he went out into the shelves and brought back two new blades. I paid for them and he voluntarily went out to the pickup with me and installed them! I have never had that kind of service at any other auto parts store and I really appreciated his kindness. I highly recommend Nine to Nine if you need parts for your vehicle! In addition to finding the right parts, they are gracious enough to install something like wiper blades if they are not swamped with customers. I was greatly impressed!! read more

I have shopped at Nine To Nine for all of my auto needs for the past 11 years, ever since my husband introduced me to them after I moved here. Where do I start? With the people. People are the main ingredient that corporate America tends to forget about when it comes to their recipes for success. Nine To Nine has some of the best people there are. Phil and Tom have always gone out of their way to help me, and when they haven't had a product that I needed in stock they were able to get it by the next day at the latest. They have also taken the time to educate me on quality differences in some products as opposed to others when I have asked. I'm just going to throw this out there as well...
