They didn't have a website. I called several different phone numbers and kept being sent to someone else. I ended up needing to contact the collections agency to resolve the account, which I was hoping to avoid as I do not want a mark on my credit for a bill I was never sent. I completed everything online and then followed up with a phone call. The person I spoke with was professional, friendly, and efficient. The whole process took less than five minutes, which I really appreciated. On the day of surgery, the waiting room was very busy. From what I understand, surgery days tend to be packed since many doctors are not in office that day, so that was expected. Check in itself was easy, but the woman at window one came across as a bit demanding and not very friendly. Her tone felt rushed and not very professional, which was a little off putting. After check in, the wait was over 20 minutes. Once I was called back and taken to the bays, everything moved along quickly. You're required to have an IV connected as a precaution. I changed into a gown with booties and a hat, and the prep process was smooth. Dr. Hijazi came in, marked my arm, explained everything clearly, and administered the local anesthesia. The facility itself was clean and well maintained. Aside from the initial check in experience, the rest of the staff were very kind, helpful, and reassuring. When I was taken to the back, Dr. Hijazi's surgical team was amazing. They worked well together and made the environment feel calm and comfortable. I even asked if I could watch the procedure. While I couldn't see as much detail as the doctor could, it was still a cool and interesting experience. The entire team made it a positive one. Overall, despite a longer wait and a less than warm front desk interaction, my experience was very good. Dr. Hijazi and his crew were fantastic, the procedure went smoothly, and I left feeling well cared for. I would definitely return and recommend this surgery center, especially for Dr. Hijazi and his team.

The facility was very clean & followed COVID-19 protocol. The online pre-registration for medical history was very user friendly. I received a call a few days before my procedure to confirm my copay & went over any out of pocket expenses. (Pathology) I had my colonoscopy procedure done yesterday (12-13-21). My registrar, Kymm, was very friendly & thorough with all the paperwork. My pre-op nurse, Valerie, was amazing !! My IV went in on the 1st stick. Being dehydrated from the prep cleanse made it hard to find a vein. Tammy & Nadin were my OR Nurses and Jacqui was my Tech assisting the Doctor. All three were very friendly & hooked me up to the monitors. After the propofol hit my IV line I was out. My procedure was about 30 minutes. Best sleep ever !!!! My recovery room nurse, Hilary, was beyond funny & professional. They had an assortment of drinks & snacks to choose from after surgery. The whole experience from start to finish was spot on. It was very organized & the nursing staff was beyond amazing !!

Through the main doors, the clinic (urgent care) is located through the right doors and the surgical center is located through the left doors. I escorted my mother to the urgent care center, so my experience is based on that area. My first impression was that it's really nice. The waiting area is extremely clean, furnished with beautiful and comfortable chairs (I did peer into the surgical center and it is just as nice). The receptionists were professional, kind, and very pleasant. This atmosphere made me feel welcome and comfortable to trust this team to take care of my mom and in the future, myself. My mom also had a pleasant time with the doctor on staff today. She said he was very nice. FYI: Patients with insurance pay $40/visit, due immediately. Also, the hours are different for the two areas. Both centers are open on weekdays (8am - 6pm), however, the urgent care center closes early at 4:30pm on Fridays. They're closed on weekends. Surgical Center: Mon-Fri: 8:00am - 6:00pm Sat-Sun: CLOSED Clinic (Urgent Care): Mon-Thurs: 8:00am - 6:00pm Fri: 8:00am - 4:30pm Sat-Sun: CLOSED
