It's now August of 2026 and she's been deceased since March and they STILL bill her. Cut to 2025/2026, my husband gives him a shot as my husband has severe scoliosis and chronic pain and desperately needs help. Again the doctor rarely enters the room. You get his half attention from the doorway. Doesn't listen. Never ONCE... never ONE TIME has filled my husbands meds when he says he will. After his appointments we have to spend 1-5 days calling the office to remind him to fill it. They don't answer the phone so you have to leave a voicemail that they've NEVER returned. My husband needs a referral for an orthopedic surgeon and 3 times his office has referred my husband to a doctor that doesn't take his insurance. His referrals department doesn't even know how to refer anyone. He had my husband come to get a procedure done at 9:30am and Batlan didnt show up for it until nearly 4 pm!!!!!!!!! He is cold, doesn't care, doesn't listen, whole operation is messy and you'll be lucky to get a very very low dose pain killer for horrendous chronic pain and he won't even give you a months worth. To preface, I was 21 weeks pregnant and went to the ER and they wheeled me up directly to the labor & delivery unit. The staff was all absolutely amazing and so kind. Stephanie was our nurse and she was so amazing. I definitely appreciated how kind she was especially since I was scared as to what was going on. Long story short, everything is fine with the baby and me, but I had kidney stones so drink your water, people! haha. I had no idea you're more prone to kidney stones when you're pregnant. Hard lesson learned. The staff was really nice and accommodating and I don't feel like I was waiting too long on anything. They definitely were a bit busy and the doctor that was supposed to examine me was delivering a baby, so I had to a wait a bit there, but I definitely felt like their care there was great. Hopefully I'm not back till I have to deliver the baby haha but really appreciative of the amazing staff at the ER and the Labor & Delivery unit.

To start, she tried multiple times to prescribe me medication that I was allergic too, did not listen to my symptoms as she thought I was simply withdrawing whenI was not. It was pancreatitis. Furthermore..she takes forever to do her rounds and doesn't come in until the afternoon and when you haven't slept for more than 3 days...the day time seems to be the quietest. As I was napping she storms in without knocking, turns all the lights on and opens my blinds saying "I like my patients to stay awake during the day" UNBELIEVABLE. Most nurses were great, however most look like they hate being there. No cleaning staff, no new gowns or sheets after a 6 day stay, dirty, and just plain awful. I do not wish this place on anyone. It will only make you more sick. My doctor should be ashamed.

He was thorough, compassionate, and genuinely focused on getting to the root of what was going on. I never felt rushed or dismissed. He took the time to explain everything and made sure all necessary tests were done. Two weeks prior, I had gone to St. Rose Hospital for the exact same pain and was told it was esophageal spasms without much testing. The pain went away the next day, but when it came back two weeks later, it was a full 10/10. When I explained this to Dr. Leavit, he told me that esophageal spasms are very difficult to definitively diagnose and that he wanted to run a full workup to be sure we weren't missing anything. I am so grateful he did. It turned out to be my gallbladder, and it needed to be removed. I was told it was close to rupturing, and catching it when they did likely prevented a much more serious situation. I was there for several hours before being admitted to Henderson Hospital, and although there was an emergency situation that caused some delays, the team kept me informed every step of the way. An administrative staff member checked on me multiple times to make sure I was okay and kept me updated, which I really appreciated. I don't remember my nurse's name, but he was equally amazing--kind, attentive, and compassionate. He made sure I had everything I needed during a long stay from about 8 PM to 3 AM. The entire time, I felt cared for, seen, and supported. It was clear that the team genuinely wanted to find answers, not just treat symptoms. I can't say enough good things about the care I received here.

I got signed in and took a seat, it was probably no more than 10 minutes and I was called back to a room. I was seen by the Doctor and you know what? He knew something was wrong, too. Portable Xray came in to take xrays of my elbow and guess what? Broken. Like .. BROKEN. They put me in a splint and made sure I had a referral to an Ortho for ASAP. When I had some trouble getting the referral to go through, I called back and they helped me get another referral for a different Doctor. All in all, i think I was in the ER for just over an hour. Definitely less than 2 hours. I'm so glad this place is right by my house, both because it's convenient and because I drove myself there with a broken right elbow. Ouch.

Could not find my anthem Blue Cross insurance for dental work. And now they have dismissed me. I had a very disappointing experience at The Dentist of Henderson with Dr. Greyson Leftwich and the…read moreoffice staff. From the moment we arrived, the communication was unprofessional and inconsistent. Our appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and we arrived early to complete all of the required paperwork and make our payment. Despite that, we weren't seen until after 10:00 AM. Waiting over an hour after arriving early was extremely frustrating. While the staff did apologize for the delay, the apology felt insincere because it was immediately followed by excuses rather than genuine concern for our time. A simple, sincere acknowledgment and better communication throughout the wait would have gone a long way. When we were finally called back, there was little to no instruction about the process. As a parent, I wasn't told whether I should accompany my daughter or where I was supposed to go to discuss her treatment. The lack of communication made the office seem disorganized and left us confused. Overall, this office lacked professionalism, organization, and good customer service. Delays can happen in any medical office, but patients deserve honest communication, respect, and appreciation for their time. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and based on this visit, I would not recommend The Dentist of Henderson

We finally found a Dentist that does not try to pressure you in to trying to get more work done on your teeth than what is needed. Dr. Ronnie is awesome and Evelyn is the best! It's a little far from our house but it is totally worth the drive. I would highly recommend them to anybody who feels they are being pressured into to having unnecessary work done. Consider yourself lucky to have found them!
