A banker told me "I will be with you shortly", he finished with the person he was helping and again told me "I will be right with you", then 2 minutes later said "someone else is going to help you", he picked up his keys and left the branch. The remaining location has the WORST drive through ever. I have spent 10-15 minutes from the time I sent the tube until my transaction was complete. I have given up on the drive through and now go inside. This has increased the speed by a couple of minutes. Yesterday I walked in the lobby and there was one person being helped at the window and no one in the drive through. There was 3 employees behind the counter and two managers came in and out. I waited 8 minutes until help was offered. Many times the staff is huddled talking and ignoring customers. I have seen this behavior multiple times. it might be time to move all of our accounts to another bank.

The Customers service is AWESOME, never a wait, and each person, particularly Steven, the Littleton branch is extremely helpful! He handled some fraudulent activity, taught me how to navigate around closing and opening safely. For a month plus, the fraud went viral. ENT explained to me how horrific and invasive is, and what to do about the problems created once 1 occurs and the onslaught of a Tsunami of fraud hits everywhere. Also, I must mention ENT Credit Union on C470 & County Line Road for immediately catching the 1st fraud and taking care of me and my account/s. Both locations took copious care adding that in 2023 there was 17 Billion in fraud in the US alone and in 2024 this number has succeed way beyond... ENT Credit Union/s go beyond all customer service in creating a safe and professional while intimate relationship. Also, if you sign up, one receives an extra bonus in a savings account. This was a firm interest long ago when I sign, then the customer service kicked in the moment I walked in with my Service dog. No other Bank COMPARES!!! Plus Credit Unions share no fee cashing checks or withdrawals. They have guided me with some financial decisions and how to get to my future long and short term goals. At this bank I was reminded that I'm still just an American of Mexican descent guilty of being brown. I was here to cash my payroll check. I've been to three other ENTs always choosing the location closest to where i am at, at the time decided to call the owner of my company. I could have understood if they'd gone out back or into the manager's office to make the call. Maybe they were just being cautious, but the truth is I've lived through racism in California and now here in Colorado. This place will never again feel like home to me again. The teller whose name does not even merit recognition decided to blast me in the lounge in front of other customers and employees. Treated me like a criminal, like i was trying to cash a stolen payroll check. Proceeds to talk to the owner, "Did you write a check to S.V., You did could you tell me how much the check was for." Seriously, this has been the most humiliating experience of my Life. If it were up to me, I'd have my owner change Banks. Anyone who is willing to do Business with ENT/Wings were your employees payroll checks warrants them to such humiliation should think hard about doing business with ENT/Wings. They automatically close an account with a zero balance for a month. But you only find out when you login online and see no accounts. Then you want to snag your statements, nope, you can only access statements for 30days after the account is automatically closed. But no fear they can send them to you for $30 flat fee and $1 per page. Absolutely insane. I closed all my personal accounts years ago because of all the fees they kept adding on, but kept the non profit account here. Huge mistake. I wanted to bank local but this place makes it impossible.

Today my first paycheck didnt make it to direct deposit to I was given a hand written check by a local company here in Geoegetown and was told I had to have my son with me. That is NOT what we were told when opening the account. My son was at work and had to leave work to go with me. We were then told there would be a 7-10 day hold on the check!!!! THIS CHECK WAS FROM A LOCAL BUSINESS!!! We will be closing the account and going somewhere else which is a pain in the ass and a shame when wanting to do business locally.
