It's sad that banks don't want to talk to you unless you have an account or a scheduled. Friendly customer service is turning to stone. This is happening at many financial institutions, but we expect better. Lastly it's a little disappointing that the drive through run out of fund to do your banking and that the inside the lobby is not accessible with a security lock to use after hours. Make sure to turn a blind eye to the drug dealers making drug deals right in front of you like nothing while the cop literally sits in front of the store on his phone. It dirty there always trash in the parking lot and I avoid all these store on the north west corner or 51st ave and baseline for this reason. If I was a branch manager I would be speaking to Fry's and ask him what they plan to do to clean up the mess because it's costing all the stores on that corner money.

So, I showed him my ID and EIN letter and he asked questions. That part was fine. He said he'd be in touch within a day or two. About a week later, I emailed him and asked him what was up. He was apologetic and gave some BS excuse. I told him him I had a bunch of cash at home that I'd really like to deposit. He said he had to check with someone, or something along those lines. More days went by. I called him and left a message asking for him to call me back. Nothing. I mean, I know Banks already are making too much money for them to know what to do with, but who decided that they should spend it on 30 magazine subscriptions and back-lit shelving? Gotta say, the wait in line on a Saturday, which would have been otherwise pretty icky as can be expected, was totally improved by that TV. Everyone in line was watching it. No deep sighs at the wait. No frustrated looking at the watch every 2 minutes. Hmm... Maybe that was money well spent? They demanded that I visit a physical branch, quite some distance away, if I want to avoid having a late payment. This is not my first and will not be my last issue with this company. They are the absolute worst I have ever dealt with.
