I had to leave my car in the drive-thru and go inside, where they called in a claim. I even had to request a claim number, as the staff treated it like a routine issue. What's more concerning is that no "Out of Order" sign was placed on the ATM afterward. In my experience, JPMorgan Chase ATMs are noticeably slower than those at other banks. Chase needs to upgrade all their ATMs.
