There's no fees at the atm for me here, and if I ever forget (or lose) my ATM card, I can go inside---which was convenient for me recently because I had lost my card, AND was in the neighborhood for Farmer's Market. I was turned away from Bank of America and told to go get a money order. I had to go to another bank, get a money order and drive back to Pasco to do deposit. This whole "trying to do a deposit" took me more than 1.5 hours to deposit $500 in cash I had to just quickly deposit.

No smiles, no acknowledgement of you as a customer, just hurry up and get them out the door. About three of the tellers never smile and are openly rude. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I have been in there multiple times in the past few months and it never improves.
