This whole "trying to do a deposit" took me more than 1.5 hours to deposit $500 in cash I had to just quickly deposit.

No smiles, no acknowledgement of you as a customer, just hurry up and get them out the door. About three of the tellers never smile and are openly rude. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I have been in there multiple times in the past few months and it never improves. There's a lot of competition in the Tri-Cities for financial services so you need to place an emphasis on customer service or you will lose accounts.
