Everyone is so kind, patient and makes sure I am not needing help with any other transactions before I leave. It typically takes them longer for my deposits because it's not my bank. I had been using the lock on the card but It's always a problem with accessing it. The system is down way too much for my comfort recently. It's horrible not being able to access your money! If it isn't locked then my account is getting hacked but if it's locked there is no guarantee I can unlock it when I need it. So unreliable. They need to increase their security measures and improve their tech!
