Had an appointment at 945. Asked the lady at 10 about my appointment. Was informed the lady didn't get in until 10. Someone else asked at 1015 and was informed it takes her a while to get set up. New manager sends missed deliveries out for another attempt the next day without recipient's authorization. The tracking info may say you can pick it up or schedule another delivery but that option is meaningless. This was confirmed by clerk at the location. read more

Called to see what we needed for the passport, the lady said we didn't have to bring Birth Cert. because it was just a renewal... it was already established, then we arrive and another lady said we needed a birth certificate... so here we go back home to get them! read more

All the reviews scared me to go to this post office. But I found an asian lady who really knows what she's doing. She is efficient and she is even patient enough to tell you what you need to do. This is my first time to send priority mail, buying prepaid envelope,etc usually i just put stamp on regular envelope and put it into the drop box. So knowing that I am clueless, she helped me through out the process patiently. Oh I came there before noon, so no long line. One time I went there on Friday before closing time and yeah the line was very long. So if you need to go there, find the right time and they'll be nicer^^ read more

I live in Cumberland, R.I., and use the local branch most often. For the most part, they always do a good job, and have had an employee go way out of her way to assist me with delivery problems that had nothing to do with their branch, I sometimes go to the Manville P.O. to purchase stamps or send mail if I am heading in that area anyway because there is seldom a line to wait in. Considering the fact they have lost so much business because letters are now often only emails, and packages are more often sent by private companies, it is no mystery why they always loose money. I often receive bills in the mail only a few days before they are due. As a war veteran, I depend on the post office for my medication deliveries from the VA. I have always received my medications on time. They provide a very necessary service for America, and I am sure they would work better if they were funded more money to operate. That being said, there is no way all the mail-in ballots some of our elected leaders in Washington are pushing for will ever work. I see it only as the next biggest waste of tax-payers money to hold investigations after the next election. After Trump wins by a landslide, the democrats will try anything they can to attempt to discredit the results. Now they are going to blame the post office. American voters are not as dumb as they think we are, so don't let the doors of Congress hit your butts on the way out Nov 4th..... read more

Literally the worst place ever! Had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to open the quick service door , and then when she did besides being rude she took another 20 minutes to find my package. I dread coming here it's the worst . read more

I live in this area so I've been here several times. On top of wait time, the people that have helped me were rude and bitter. It doesn't seem like they want to be there. I know sometimes we get burned out at work but it should be lesser than often. read more

I called the post office today to see about picking up a package. My tracking number said it would be delivered today but it wasn't updated as out for delivery. So I called the post office see about intercepting it and picking it up instead. I looked on the website for usps and saw there actually is a feature for this so, I tried to call to see what I could do to make it happen because I needed the package today before I went out of town. The woman I spoke with should not be allowed to deal with customers. She has to be one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to. She informed me that the packages were not scanned so, I could not pick up the package. I said so, what you're saying is, there's nothing I can do and although the usps website says it will be delivered today, that is wrong and it won't come to me until tomorrow? She confirmed that. I wish I could put "tone of voice" into this review. She was absolutely unwilling to work with me and cut me off at every word with no and no. I'm happy to report that she was wrong and I actually did receive my package today and I'm glad I didn't pursue trying to speak with her any further. She needs to finds a job in seclusion where she's not allowed to speak to customers. I would drive out of my way to go to a different post office so I don't have to deal with her. Oh, US Postal Service, how I love you.... its only in a Post Office where you can experience the thrills of being 44th in line and 1 postal clerk at the window. I wait for my turn as patiently as I can, watching your every incompetent move. I just can't be more happier when you take that little orange card from me and disappear into the back for what seems like an eternity and come back and say, "oh, I can't seem to find it" -- maybe my package will just miraculously pop through a worm hole and deposit itself on my porch one day. Yes, I get that you work for the government and you're here to help me -- that's why I give you 5 stars. I am in the 10 day of trying to receive a package. The manager should be held on criminal charges. I suspect my package will never be found. I won't go into it online but was treated like trash for no reason, when i responded in kind was denied my package. The post office general knows whom this person is and refuses to remove her. The country is in trouble. read more

I live 5 minutes away from this PO but I have to go to another location. The service here is horible, the line is ALWAYS long and the staffs have nasty attitudes. Passport interview is never on time, you'll have to wait for hours....AVOID this place!!!! read more

I've never had such a terrible experience with USPS before. First of all, I was expecting a package in my mailbox Saturday yet when I tracked it it said "undeliverable as addressed" so I check my mailbox and my last name is crossed off yet all my other mail was in the mailbox including people's mail who no longer live at this address yet the package I was expecting was the only thing determined "undeliverable". I called this location and Shenda was very helpful but she said to call her back if the package wasn't delivered within the next 2 days. I tried calling the next two days and no one answered the phone any of the multiple phone calls I placed. Fast forward to today, I make a trip to the post office, ring the bell for delivery pick up and wait 5 whole minutes before a woman opens up and with attitude informs me my package was sent back, and that Shenda may have told me one thing but Shenda doesn't work these hours. She wouldn't even take my tracking number just to verify the package was sent back or not. She spoke in a very rude and loud tone allowing every one in the store to hear. I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service in this location. read more
