I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

I was very impressed and grateful for the outstanding service she gave to us. The small signs were printed perfectly thanks to her help. Days after, four different friends contacted me to say they saw photographs of me holding my sign, in two different newspapers. I was so grateful to Lahela that I went back to Staples to show her the photographs. Unfortunately she wasn't there, but I showed the photos to her coworker. That day, when I asked to convey my complimentary message to her supervisor, I was told that he was busy. I then took a considersble amount of time and wrote a message to the manager, Mr. Yeng, praising Lahela for her outstanding work several days before. My hand written message extended half a full page. I never heard a word from Mr. Yeng but hope that he got my note about Lahela's outstanding service. Last night I needed a very small print and returned to find Lahela. She remembered me! She told me her coworker showed her the photo from the newspaper. Now, when I need a job printed I will go to your store, hopefully finding Lahela. The public is very lucky to have her and you are lucky to have her providing service to us.
