There were 2 awesome humans working when I stopped in, to seek help with my printing needs. These 2 humans deserve a paid vacation with time off! One was a seasoned Lady and the other was a youthful fella! Both humans were fantastic!!! I didn't get their names because we were so busy chatting it up as they were helping with printing. I've stopped in here before, but didn't really have a good experience but this time customer service was amazing!!! Kuddos to these 2!!! Please give them raises for having the best customer service ever!!! Receiving a fax, and printing cost isn't as bad as I thought it would be...I needed a color copy of something emailed over. I spent less than $2.50 for the email to be sent here, them to print it and to do it in color! Granted it is alot for 1 copy but I was in and out, in which, that in itself, was worth it!!! Out of the way location however, I was in the area visiting someone so it was the prefect location, as far as, timing goes! I was surprised when I saw the rating and the bad reviews but in looking more closely all of those are over 4 yeas old. We live in the neighborhood and stop here at least once a week. The lines are always short and they are super friendly and helpful. We have NEVER had one rude or dismissive employee. We have had them print, scan, mail packages... all with no issues. The price for printing may be a bit high but still better than buying a printer and all of the supplies for the few times we need that service read more

Picked up my dry cleaning. Conveniently next door is this place. Had a Government form that needed to be faxed. Greeted as I walked in, and immediately helped by friendly young lady. Filled out the cover sheet, faxed, paid, left with receipt. Flawless execution of a chore. read more

I have used just about every service they offer, and have never been disappointed. I've gone there four times now, each time the manager/owner who is a man has been extremely rude. The first few times were at Christmas and I chalked it up to stress of the holidays. Went in last week, and still the customer service was deplorable. I witnessed his brusk manners to a older lady who was confused about the mailing process. It was sad and pitiful. I've complained so many times about the rude gentlemen that works there. Well my daughter just came out and said he was very rude to her as well. This is not one occasion. He is rude all the time. I will start going to Gilbert and chandler heights location. The manager does nothing about this situation. UPDATE: went in there again both Paul and Lonnie (who was ridiculous to us) are so rude. They grab packages out of peoples hands, make sigh sounds loudly when not happy. I can no longer go into this place. They are not only rude with me or my daughter but rude with other customers. Every time I step into this UPS store I'm greeted with a kind smile and welcoming demeanor from Don. I love that this location opens at 8am, the other ones open an hour or two later. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to have connected w the UPS store on Riggs in Chandler. Lonny and Miranda were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. Even before I came to the store I had called with questions a few times and Lonny listened and took the time to answer all of my questions and any concerns I had were immediately put to rest. I had to ship a large amount of vinyl to another state - it was quite the challenge and Lonny and Miranda took it on in stride. Horrible experience. Got two boxes from ups delivered to our house on Saturday not for our name But our address ( rental) we did the right thing and took them to the UPS store for returning and the worker gave my husband a very hard time about the tape on the box. Accused him of opening it and we did not. I accepted the packages myself and thought they were mine cause I holiday shopped. By the time I realized they weren't for me UPS was gone. We did not open them. the packages we have RCVD lately are so beat up they look opened. That's life now. We ship a lot of things and in fact we were just at this location sending a light weight envelope last week for over $8! I know there is an up charge but damn. After This attitude we won't be back. Too many other options to give our money too. Next time I'll call UPS and make them come back out instead of wasting our gas and time read more

I had a very negative experience at this specific location. I use UPS a lot, never knowing that each one has its own policies and procedures. Today I came in to return an Amazon box and it was not taped shut. The man told me that I needed to purchase tape to close my box. I have never been told this before at any location, so I asked him if this was a policy at all locations. He shortly told me that each one is individually owned and operated and told me it would be $3 to tape my box. I paid and left and will not be returning to this location for any of my shipping or packing needs. read more

I had the most bizarre experience ever at this location yesterday. Let me start by saying I have been a customer at a different location for 7 years and have had nothing but great experiences with the owners and their staff. I stopped in to this location yesterday because it is right by my house. I had a small box to mail and all I needed was to tape the box shut, I was told by the cashier(Haley) that I would have to purchase my own roll of tape to seal my package. I've never heard of this policy at the other location. I guess I will be driving the extra miles to my other location the next time I have a package I need to mail. read more

I arrived at this UPS Store without a pre-paid shipping label. Instead of being turned away and told to come back with a valid label, the owner patiently waited and allowed me to call the company and fix my problem. Then, when I was not timely receiving my label, the owner suggested that the company directly send the label to his e-mail address. I did as he suggested and the label promptly arrived. The owner then attached the label, gave me my receipt and I was done. No return trip needed! What was even more impressive is that I arrived just before closing time, but the owner stayed open for me while I completed the above. Thank you for awesome service! Deplorable customer service is a nice way of putting it. I have been a mailbox owner and customer of over 3 years and today was my final straw. They have told us before that we didn't have any packages only for my husband to go back in show them the tracking info, then they decided to search and lo and behold a package of ours appears!Fast forward to today, when I pick up my mail and ask for my delivered packages, they hand me 2. As I opened the first one, all in tact. However the next package had a porn dvd in it! Remind you this package was labeled with my box number and was handled directly to me by an UPS store employee. I went back into the store to let them know and that's where it went down hill. The rep was rude from the start. Literally taking the package out my hand when I was holding it as I was trying to explain to him and point out the label and issue. I decided to call my husband so he could provide the tracking info and the rude rep attempted to look up the tracking info and told me it wasn't there. Yet we received confirmation that it had been delivered. Even after I asked him to double check in the back(which he didn't) By this time I had enough and left. 45 mins later we receive a call from the store telling us the package was found!!! Granted I live 15-20 mins away! Why didn't he physically check like I requested? This is not the first time they have misplaced our packages and I have a strong feeling if we don't change stores it won't be the last! They've lost loyal customers from one of their reps unacceptable brash behavior. read more

Went in for a notary appointment, the guy working was obviously distressed (seems to be the same guy as in the other bad reviews), he had a very bad attitude towards the customer in front of me, and then with the same attitude wouldn't notarize my document because "the other person who signed it needed to be there", however I went to a DMV right afterwards and it turns out I didn't even need it notarized. I'd think that if you advertise a notary service you would have more knowledge on the laws regarding it, and maybe be a little nicer to your customers... read more

WOOHOO! As good as it gets. I called Don and asked if he could ship a couple of vintage racing outboards from his store to the Seattle area. Since I was at home in Seattle, I was unable to package the two engines myself. Don did it for me and gave them special attention to make sure they were secure and packaged well. I am here to tell you these would be difficult to pack and Don did a great job. I received four perfectly package parcels delivered to my doorstep. I've been in the UPS store quite a few times. It's close to my home and easy to get to. I'm always busy and in rush like most. There have been some not so good interactions in the past but I must say I am pleased with the service I received today by the girl that helped me. Smiled and greeted me even though she had a few people ahead of me. If I could give zero stars I would have. Was shipping something that had value to it and wanted to just make sure it was secured so I told him what the email that I had received instructed me what to do when packing this. Paul the cashier had said well that's probably unnecessary and you're wasting money but that's okay, that means I get to sell you more boxes then. Then when finally checking out he gave me my receipt and said have a good as the package was never sealed up and shipping label was not placed on the package. So he walked off to the back with my opened package, and I could hear the tape being dispensed and wrapping something. It was most likely my box and I didn't think he was gonna do something with what I was dropping off but I just wanted the security of knowing that my package was actually secured and all the belongings were all in there. So when he walked back up with out the package and I was still waiting there thinking he would show me he wrapped it up but he didn't. So I asked to see my package and if it was all boxed and he rolled his eyes and went to the back and grabbed it and kind of tossed it at me. I said I just wanted to make sure it is secured since it is valuable and he goes well it is and I handed it back and he grabbed it and put it on another random box and said have a great day., so I just left and hope the package gets sent out. Just lack of customer service and professionalism. I would visit a different location because I have had a couple of encounters like this with this location. read more
