I go to this UPS store way too much. I often have a lot of returns, today I had to return a T-Mobile Home Internet Gateway. I literally walked in, the cashier scanned it, gave me a receipt and I left. Whole transaction was maybe 45 seconds from when I walked in to when I walked out. Employees refused to do their job forcing me to use self service kiosk for large bulky items stating that " their manager told them during busy season they cannot help with Amazon returns." WORST UPS Store. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have had a mailbox here for 15 years. The management and ownership has been turned over multiple times. The staff is rude and dismissive. I've gone to this UPS location for the last 6. I've never had any issues with the staff or customer service until today. There was an unpleasant lady working today who obviously hates her job, she literally looked miserable. This is a trying time for everyone with the Global Pandemic that's taking a toll on everyone, I know anxiety is high for many. However, people with the privilege to still be employed need to remember that customers are keeping them in business. She was rude and condescending. Not sure who she thinks she is, but talking to grown adult customers like children is not going to be tolerated. I will continue going to this location since it's close, but she better hope she doesn't get me as a customer and speak to me in her crusty tone again. read more

If Covid mitigation guidelines are important to you, you may want to avoid this place for a while. When I went in yesterday, there were three employees, one of whom wore his mask below his nose and one who would take his mask down to yell to someone across the store. There were six customers in the store, three of whom were also wearing their mask below their nose, but were not asked by any employees to wear it properly while in the store. I have used this location several times and have always received great service, but I will likely find a new place to do business because of their disregard for the health of their customers and the community. read more

Best UPS Store I have been to. I had situation where something important had to be overnight shipped but issues arose that prevented the shipment. I was extremely disappointed because it was my fault. The young ladies working the desk and Sierra specifically came up with a remedy on the spot and made the shipment possible. It was my first time at this location and maybe this isn't common occurrence but incredibly long wait time and I ended up leaving. Only 2 people working at 5:30 on a Monday, they are only allowing 3-4 people inside due to social distancing (which I appreciate) however, I waited outside in 114 degree heat for about 20 minutes with about 6 other people not including the 4 inside the store just to return a scan only package. Only one person turned over on my time there. Eventually I tapped out. Will go to another location for quicker service. read more

I requested a P.O. Box... Oliver Schauster the Manager was ok at first....when I question the difference with ups (his store) and USPS.. he clearly said with USPS .....I will not be able to pick up mail on holidays and I would have to get a change of address... I inform the manager several times ... I did not want to change address.. I simply just want to open a PO Box......then he said if I open a PO with his store it requires that I would have go to USPS to let them know I have a PO box... I said that doesn't sound right..he kept (the manager) tried his best to have me to pay for a box from him and then go ask quest with USPS.. I said I'm not going to pay .. let me check with USPS.. I went they told me the opposite of what the Manager was telling me and plus USPS are much cheaper.. I will never go back to this location.. he clearly lied and he knew it.... I have tried to give this location a few chances since it's so close to my home, but the girls who work here are EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. They were bantering back and forth across the store with multiple customers in present, complaining about her register not being opened, needing her nails done, talking about the owner/manager complaining about the electricity bill and other unnecessary comments in front of customers. They have also managed to loose 2 of my Amazon returns even even after I paid to have the return label and packing slip printed with them. The woman that works there is ignorant! I brought a vacuum that needed to be sent out. I was next in line. She tells me the go wait at the other register. Another was suppose to help but he couldn't. She tells him she will help me in a second when she got finished with her customer. I'm waiting and then when she finished with her customer she took the next man in line by her register. I've never reviewed on yelp, but I'm sitting in the parking lot amazed how bad this experience was. I had to walk the man through what he needed to do. When I asked for another piece of tape for the plastic envelope containing the label becz it wouldn't hold I was told, "it'll be ok". No tape given. He had to talk to the supervisor three times because he wouldn't sign the slip confirming he received the package. They both kept interrupting me. I repeated about five times that I wasn't talking about the driver signing it. I had to point out it said "or ups representative", I finally told the supervisor, " I'm not arguing with you", then he interrupted for the fourth time Then I said, " let me explain please don't interrupt me I'm trying to explain". I walked out with no signature, but a reprinted label so I have the name of the person who 'helped' me and a receipt with the date and time. Find another store! This will frustrate you.
